Doesn't do the one thing I need it to do. On Android, will not print the pdf's of the bills. Keeps asking for me to install Adobe reader. Says the same even after I install Adobe. Please fix. Just FYI it works properly on iphone.

Unable to open PDF bill after the recent update. It prompts me to download PDF reader when it's already installed = Never-ending loop.

This app doesn't work after the software upgrade. It keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

I love this app so easy to use you can view your bills history usage etc. Pay your bill and report outages very convinent I have it downloaded on my iphone 4 as well...
