Never had this useful of an app with my last emc co. Their app was very simple. Just had our 1st outtage with CGEMC. Thought I had this app installed & didn't. In the short time I got the app installed & logged in to report it, it told me the outage was already reported for my acct. Nice. Power came back on around 10mins. Explored the app. Could view detailed outage map zoom in & out. It even gives you a weather layer. You can see your detailed usage down to day & hour. WOW👏!

Useless as a 3 dollar bill. User ID and password sections black out so I can't even log into my account and I'm without power and can't report outage can't use with android 11

Used to be a good app, but it isn't compatible with Android 9. Please fix!!

Would like to install the app but it has not been updated for newer Andriod operating system releases in the last 2 years. CGEMC says they are aware but I am still waiting.

I can now set my payment date on the mobile app! No need to log in monthly just to pay my bill. What a great feature!

This app is nice, but with the myusage app I was able to see more info than I am on this proprietary app.

A nice way to make a payment. Instead of calling and going thru all those prompts, I can just click, click, click pay. Very nicely done and easy to use. Thank you
