Frustrating, just like most of my experiences with CommonGround. This app (and their website) refuses to accept my member number no matter how many times I try, and is constantly unable to access my card and account.
Half the time it won't load all the way. Everytime I want to use it I have to enter my account # a bunch of times and eventually it logs in....then it crashes.
PIN IS ZIP CODE. app is as good as website which is ok at best. has your card. It is nice that it has the links you need right there for paying, provider search, and health portal (health portal brings u to claim search)
Doesn't recognize my 10 digit member of number and should specify pin is zip code as I only discovered this from comments. I cannot login!
App crashes!! Been like this for months and still no fix. Whats up?!?!?!
I was able to log-in but only once I read a comment sharing that your "pin" is actually your zip code. That should be clarified. Otherwise it seems to do what is described.

Real easy to use. Don't understand all the negative reviews. Login is super easy, all u need is your 10 digit member id but I think people are forgetting to put the zeros in front, and your pin which is your zipcode. And if u don't know your birthdate, then there's nothing more the app makers could do to make it user friendly.
App does not do what its supposed to do. No matter how many times I enter the correct ID and pin, it always sends back an error which states my card is unavailable.
Entering 10 digit ID card correctly but throws an error saying it is unable to access your card at this time.
Tried many times to get access. Doesn't accept ID. Entered full 10 numbers.
Doesn't recognize member ID. Can't log in.
Was using the app to work with my coverage, pay premiums, went in this month to pay, and keeps closing, then goes black, went to website, had issues, finally figured out, everything was changed, finally got website to work, but the app won't work, thanks for the heads up
