CGHS Service Feedback
A beneficiary may visit the site https://cghs.nic.in on mobile and download the app.
CGHS beneficiaries can submit their feedback on the following CGHS services:
1. Registration of beneficiary
2. Consultation with Medical Officer/Specialist
3. Dispensing of Medicines
4. Dressing Room services
5. Cleanliness of Wellness Centre
6. Punctuality of Staff
7. Behaviour of Staff
A beneficiary can provide the rating between 1 to 5 and have provision to enter the feedback on ratings less than or equal to 3
These ratings on various CGHS services will be monitored by CGHS officials to improve the services only.
Note: This facility can be availed by only those CGHS beneficiaries whose mobile number is registered in the CGHS database

Phone number is not being registered. Without registration this app is waste and may be helpful to improve service.
Worst possible app. Central government services lacking credibility as usual. Please do not launch apps where the user cannot even login or regenerate password.
Bakowaas App. My mobile number registered with CGHS shows as unregistered. Want to give the screenshot but no way. Google Play should drop this app unless developed properly. Badhan Beneficiary id 4821844

this app is not working properly please improve the app so that patient can take appointment over the app and could save her/ his time. Dr should be punctual, it has been observed dr. spend time on chatting over tea, patient get tired while waiting for their turn.

Pathetic experience, not even letting one to register the website... May be because of the I'll development. Building an app for the sake of show-off doesn't make any sense. NIC needs a professionalism oriented programmers.
