The CGR Credit Union Mobile App is available FREE for CGR members. With the CGR Mobile App, you can do your banking from your mobile phone or tablet including:
• View account balances and history
• View images of cleared checks
• Transfer funds to other suffixes and/or CGR accounts
• Transfer funds for loan payments
• Access and pay bills with Bill Pay*
• Locate Branches and ATMs

To the developers, are y'all taking the time to read the reviews on something you created? I have deleted and reinstall this app several times. And still, I run into the same issues. Not being able to deposit checks, not being able to log in etc.. if you're not going to do anything about it, why not just get rid of the app altogether? Let someone else have a go at it that might actually know what they're doing!
The app works great. I have never had any issues. I would have given 5 stars if we were able to receive notifications/alerts on our phone when a transaction occurred. That would be nice.
The app is more likely to fail to log you in than it is to actually log in. Extremely frustrating app. Virtually Useless.
This app and their normal website has always had issues. This most recent update is nice on the rare occasion it works but it's still a 1 star overall for their online banking .
Glitches regularly. Having to uninstall and reinstall as much as I have to is ridiculous.
Won't let you login after the first login. You have to Uninstall and reinstall then the cycle repeats itself. If logins worked reliably the app would be improved from the older version.
1 star. This app sux. It only works few times. Most times you cant even log it. And if by grace of the almighty code if u are successful, you better not use the back button or u will be fone for at least a day.
Will not let me log in. Spins and spins. Have deleted and reinstalled several times for it to work for 1 log in and then not again. Definitely gas bugs in this new app
It never opens. It just rolls like its gonna open but doesn't. Like old app better
This app works fine.. it's not secure and however your cards are not either. My account was jacked 3 days before Christmas for 2513.96 on a cancelled card. I've been a loyal customer to them until this and now they refuse to turn the money back over to us. So. If you want a bank you can trust and you want a credit union then use Robin's. They are basically thieves and allow thieves to steal your hard working money. They are a disgrace and only care about them self. James Carlile Katie Rice

Love this bank Customer Service is exceptional
I don't like that I can't see pending transactions it would be helpful if we could see how much is about to come out of the account while the transaction is pending
I liked the view of the other app better. This is harder to read. It is to busy and shows nonsense information on withdrawals.
Can't transfer funds between accounts on this update.
Great new interface. Employees were very patient and helpful in getting me set up!
I still can't log in.. I have re-registered and ot still won't allow me to log in
It took far too long for this update leaving people with no access to their accounts.

The app functions well enough. The only thing I don't like about it, and I'm assuming this is what's going on, but they don't let the user know when they're doing maintenance. So when your log in is failing, you have no idea whats going on. And it's infuriating. LET THE USERS KNOW WHATS GOING ON. Edit: It's been 4 hours and I still can't log into my account, on the app or on the website. Y'all can't be playing with folks emotions like this.
