Application asks for update but it doesn't have any on play store. Please help!

Visited your store in galleria market, gurgaon, haryana, india. It was very bad experience there no one even bothers to take order. Very very poor management in your store. Please improve as there are several alternates available in the market. Also the tea was not good or value for money. It was as same as Luke warm water.

App is horrible, such kind of app is not expected from IIT Delhi guys. Take some inspiration from CCD and Starbucks. Put some discount coupons also. Contact me if you require any help. Today Chayoos started in IIT DELHI at juice centre. It will be now Chayoos center.

Login option is not properly available. Account credits should be visible. No account section at all.

₹38 for delivery within 3kms and ₹30 for packaging charges? Seriously ? Swiggy charges flat ₹30 for the same and they actually have dedicated personnel for the delivery itself. If a Desi chai kettle is to cost me ₹220 instead of ₹130, I'd rather look for alternatives. Your tea quality has degraded gradually anyway. Uninstalling.

What kind of stupid app is this. It does everythng except showing me the menu. Addrss it will take name it will take it will even ask for your ratings but the app will not show u the menu so that u can order. Disgusting!!!

Very poor app.... payment processed but order was not even received by Chaayos. Hope to get the refund soon without any follow ups.

They fool you by saying 400ml in small kettle. I could only fill three 100ml glass from one kettle.

Not seems fresh allways also and hot hot and never on time I oder like 4 times a day better need to find some alternative soon

LOVE IT.

Just ordered for the first time after relocating to gurgaon hoping for a decent cup of tea and simple breakfast. 1. I got impressed once the delivery was done in 15 min. Impressive considering gurgaon delivery time issues. 2. The packing was simply great. Loved the new kettle idea. 3. As soon as i tasted their tea my mind was blown. Simply love it.

Chaayos started in Bldg no 5, just on the ground floor of my office and we were the first customers to this rather expensive tea stall. However, nowadays they have increased their prices to unreasonable amounts without any addition to the quality of food/ tea. Utter shame as to what started as a new culture has just turned into an ATM machine, making fools out of people. Uninstalling this non sense.

This desi chai which they offered for free was worst ever chai.... No taste... Double sugar. No masala no cardamom...just milk n water with double sugar. Rather you guys should have offered me a paid one. I would love to pay instead of having this useless so called chai for free.

I placed an order at 1145 am and at 1300 when I call up the customer service they tell me that the order will take 25 mins more to be despatched. If there was an issue delivering the order, I feel they should have the decency of atleast informing the customer. Disappointed badly with the service. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody

It took them more then hour to deliver order. I called after 45 mins to check status and they told that delivery boys are not in yet. They should reach outlet in 20 mins and then they shall dispatch order. They definitely take customers for granted

I had an order delivered to my address in near past. Now it is saying that the address is not in delivery zone. It's pathetic.

Have to update many things like my order status, full menu whichever is available at ur cafe.

Absolutely useless. They never seem to have a rider to deliver. Completely waste of time!

Your app is not at all user friendly. Your products are overpriced. Your service is terrible.
