Beware of this app ..don't load your money into their wallet.. This is such a fraudulent app...my 375 rs have been struck in their wallet and I kept on mailing them to refund it since it couldnt be used... after mailing them and not receiving any response from their side..I wrote a review here and someone from their side blatantly puts it across that they have mailed me back on July 6th ...yes they have replied saying we are working on this and thereafter no response... Absolutely disgusting!!
No matter when or where you try to place an order online through their app, it'll always throw the error saying - "Our store is temporarily closed due to high volume of orders. Please try after sometime"
Badly implemented app. the images just Flickr at higher rate killing the app battery. even if the network speed is 50mbps, the app says network not present. Fix the app.
The app keeps telling me that store is close. But i can still order from 3rd party apps. Whats the point in keeping this closed for members if the store is accepting orders on other apps. Highly frustrating. Edit 1: Where to share the details?
Disgusting experience. Ordered tea on the app and it never appeared. My repeated phone calls were simply ignored, as was an email I wrote to complain about my experience. Money down the drain. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
terrible app. does not give the order status. the call centre line is disfunctional. you have to call at least 5 times to get through. they cancel orders without informing. pathetic app experience and business
The store is 100 m away and is always operational but on the app it always says that it is either closed or volume of orders is too much.
App is misleading. No delivery option and offline price are simply double the online charges. When called customer care they are telling order from swiggy.
The 1star review is for the parathas. Earlier chai point had very tasty crispy aaloo parathas. Now they came up with some loaded paraths (they are really really bad). Please bring the old paraths back. I couldn't even eat. Bring back the old crispy parathas. This loaded paraths is very bad.

Not able to claim reward points. The store manager told me to install app to claim the same but the claim option doesn't work.
I travel all over Bangalore and when ever I try to order tea from Chai point. The store is closed for online ordering or cannot take orders due to high volume. What's the point when you cannot serve more customers and cannot take their orders too. Please work on this.
Bug in app. Order placed has been delivered but the order status in app still shows as "PLACED"
i have got 7 tea leaves for 6 times (42 leaves) but getting no code. It's clearly a scam. shame on you chai point.

Tea is awesome! Asked for an empty cup, didn't get one. Edit: In response to your comment: you can give an empty glass cup instead. I usually take my tea in glass cup instead of paper.
Your store in Hyderabad DLF Food court Gachibowli takes more than an hour to send out a small order.. whether i order from swiggy or uber or whatever.. they always say the restuarant is taking double the time to give out the order . and that has happened so many times..
worst breakfast ever....entire pack of poha filled with chewda..no trace of poha in it...veg fluff seemed like 2 day old sent after heating in microwave...you expect atleast tea served hot when you paying 100 bucks for it...absolute waste of money
Unable to login, not getting otp. And due to this my 2 numbers are showing in use and I'm unable to login. They partially save my contacts and not permit me to go inside. So many bugs needs to resolve at the time of login. And due to this I have to use webversion from whatsApp. Suggestion: your most of the outlets are in offices and people mostly use take away or dine in. But your discount offers are only for delivery.
