Chain Reaction
The objective of Chain Reaction is to take control of the board by eliminating your opponents' orbs.
Players take it in turns to place their orbs in a cell. Once a cell has reached critical mass the orbs explode into the surrounding cells adding an extra orb and claiming the cell for the player. A player may only place their orbs in a blank cell or a cell that contains orbs of their own colour. As soon as a player looses all their orbs they are out of the game.
Game features both HD modes for larger (Pad) screens and the regular mode for all devices.
Each player can customise the colour & sounds of their orbs. A player can also turn tactile feedback (vibration) on and off.

Pretty fun game once you get the hang of it. The only downsides are that they have no online portal to play with friends virtually and also you need friends to play it with, meaning there is no AI to play with when you wanna play it alone. Also the main menu UI looks very outdated, but it doesnt bother me much as a good UI is not a necessity for this game.
I'm not sure if this was the original chain reaction or of the original is stuck somewhere and this is just the copy. the one i played long ago didn't have ads. and played perfect. this is having ads and the touch issues are present. almost 80% of times the corner spots don't get selected. if this is the original one i remember, then the game has gotten quite buggy
There's a minor bug in the recent update. While pressing a grid it's not the object is not appearing when we need to select a particular grid we need to select the grid above it in order to place it in the position we desire or else it's getting pressed in other grid below it. Kindly rectify it . Overall it's good. Great app to spend leisure time with friends and family.
Overall a nice multiplayer game one can enjoy with their friends and family. But game controls are not good. Actually if we touch some block, a neutron gets added to the block above it. This really makes us undo again and again in game which is not good. I think it would be easy to fix this bug. Hope that you recognise it and make this game better.
Hey Devs. good job creating this game, but I have a request, it would be better if we can see the percentage of our color balls(I don't know what it is) and please add a different map other than rectangle, other shapes would be great like octagon etc. And this game would be way more fun if you could make it up to 10 players and it would be great if we can play with other players worldwide. Thats all, thank you.
Great game! Just one suggestion.. Please make it random turns for the beginning as the player who chooses red always gets to go first and green 2nd and so on.. so it makes first four them strong in the beginning as they get the corners.. make the round random in beginning and same sequence continued throughout the game.. it will make it interesting regardless of the color anyone chooses.
The touch at the corner blocks doesn't work that well. If you touch at the corners and edges on the upper end of the grid. The dot gets place to the next or a block below it. Kindly fix this issue.
The game doesn't sense my fingers properly because I can be pressing at the corner of the board but the balls keep forming in the middle or at the opposite corner. I'm actually sad it doesn't work because I thought about it and tried looking for it for days. I was relieved because of chain reaction pro which works perfectly but I think it would be better if both games worked.
It would be good if it's come up with so e Better graphics. Apart from that game is awesome especially the logic applied in that. I would say it's kind of chess I'm which you have apply your brain with some strategy and the most important is that you can play with 8 players together. Really it's small but awesome game.
This game is worth 2/5 stars, I was playing this game with my brother on his phone but we were unable to click the circles properly, and instead we happened so to click the opposite of what we were meant to click which was kind of irratating and annoying at the same time! I don't mean it's a bad game but there are a lot of errors in this game, I don't really know yet if it's either my brothers phone, or the app...But anyway, the non-negative thing about this is that, yes it's pretty fun🙂
This is an amazing game, excellent to play with friends using strategy, also is easy to understand and minimalist, I love it... But... Could be more perfect if you can add an option to play online or connect devices with Bluetooth or Wifi, that would be amazing.
great game but needs to develop more. 1. the hd grid is problematic. unable to place the ball easily in the desired slot 2. need to include an option to play with the computer. 3. most importantly, need to include the option to save a game
It is an awesome game.no ads, no need of network and less network to install this game. The main feature is that we can play up to 2 players. I like this game very much and giving this game 5 stars.
This used to be an awesome game, until an update changed everything. The orb gets placed in a cell that is immediately below the cell in which the player desires to place it. This makes the game incredibly annoying to play. Requesting you to fix this bug as soon as possible. This game could have been a lifeline during this Covid-19 lockdown!!!
It was fun and fine at first then a update came and for every square I click its clicks the one under it, this hasn't happen but now it's just messing up and I thought it was my screen at first but I tested that and it wasn't. Not sure but the game is a fun party game to play with but until then, this glitch makes the game unplayable
The game is great! I went to a party with my friends, there, in freetime, we played this game, I was absolute fun! But, you know, there is just one con between these pros. If APP HOLDINGS can just bring a online mode, then this game will be just perfecto! Like a mode for playing with friends and a global online mode. Hope you consider these suggestions.
Touches doesn't register on proper cells. Most of the times, if you intend to touch a cell, one of the other cells get registered instead of the cell you wanted. This ruined the fun of the game. I've seen this issue on every single device that i installed this on.
To the developer i love this game and the idea, but there are some errors which should be solved there is a error i the controls whenever we want to a dot on a particular position but it selects somewhere else this must be solved and the graphics should also be improved...
Some suggestions👇🏻👇🏻: 1] Add an option to play with mobile/computer. 2] Ask once like- "Do you want to exit the game? " if someone accidentally touches the back button while playing. 3] In player settings, to change the orbs' colour, instead of RBG composition, add colour wheel option for ease. 4] Add an option to choose the grid. (Like, 7×7, 8×8, 9×9 etc.) 5] The touch is not getting desired place. It places it below the box. Please take in account, my suggestions. Btw best game. 👍🏻
It is a good game but when we tap on something , something else happens. It is very annoying when we have to click it multiple times. Also that they should add something like 'versus computer' cuz it is very boring when you do not have anyone to play with.
Very good but i have a very small issue. The touch is not accurate while in normal mode but when turning off (/hiding) the notch it is working correctly. When notch is turned on the touch is 1 square away from the intended place. Im on OnePlus 6t android 10?
this game is fun with friends. I have many good memories with my friends because of this game. Its challenging because even you are the biggest chain you can lose to the tiniest one and you need a strategy :) btw pls do not change the game I personally like it because its simple and classic
Great idea! But lots of bug. Unable to click where I want to because of hd grid. Please keep an option for 2d grid. After one game, game freezes, I have to restart the whole app to begin new game
The touch is very bad. If we touch a block in the grid, it reacts to the block below, which makes the game tiring and uninteresting. We have to every time do undo because of this problem. Please fix this problem. Otherwise the game is good.
This used to be a nice multiplayer game. But recently when I used it, it seems that the app is not detecting the user tap properly. If I tap on a square, the adjacent square is getting selected. Do fix the issue. Device: OnePlus 6T
chain reaction is a very fun game great to play with friends. but there is a bug where on some devicesyou have to touch above the grid square to select it. It would also be good to see a mode to play against bots.
Recently the gaming experience has deteriorated a lot because of the misaligned touch controls. We click on one cell and the action happens in some adjacent cell. Takes all the fun out of the game.
The grid is having UI ISSUE!!! Touch is not getting detected correctly on it. Specially the corners are next to impossible to touch on. This should be repaired sooner!!! Would give 5 if that gets fixed sooner in an update!!
its a great and simple strategy game! whenever i feel bored and stuck with some friends, especially when i have no idea what to do, this game is a choice i don't forget :). its not totally the game that excites me, but the rivalry agains't your opponents ;)
It's a great game to be played between two or more people. I played many a times before (without 3D view) & it was excellent. Few days ago after downloading the game again, I tried to check the 3D view gameplay, but after unable to change the view to 2D, I realised it's permanently in 3D. The point of providing two options viz. 'Play' & 'Play with HD grid' is totally garbage as both are same. 3D grid is horribly annoying as far as touch sensitivity is concerned.
