Great range of products and good prices. Poor app which is very buggy and it is often difficult to move items from the wishlist to an actual order. Often crashes out. Can be very frustrating and often requires reinstalling the app, but that is not always successful.
Glad I'm not the only one struggling with this app. Drop down shortcut menus are missing, the app keeps locking up when going to check out. It also keeps resetting refined search options when you return to search results. This could be lots better and used to be, please can your development team sort it out.
All in all very good app, no major problems. However, there is a very annoying bug since months. When I browse the deals opened from the main page (this is key), the app exits when I checked a product, and wanted to go back to the products list. Please CRC fix this, because it's really annoying, when I'm 5-6 pages in of about 30, and the app just exits when I want to go back, and have to find again, where I was setting all the filters and everything. Otherwise, keep up the good work!
Great way to browse products on my phone and simpler than cracking out the laptop. But sporadically, using the back button on my phone to return to the previous page, it exits the app. Can happen on any page, so I have to start over for example if I've viewed a product and want to return to the list of search results or the category I was browsing. Would be excellent if this bug was fixed.

It has the makings of a good app but I can't find a way to change currency optionsin the app. On the app there isn't an obvious way to change currency.
It just doesn't work. Tried live chat earlier (Was displaying as available), text doesn't scroll up so once onto a second line is obscured by keyboard so can't see what you are writing unless you keep minimising the keyboard, then the message doesn't send anyway, just goes to a blank screen. Now it won't display my orders either. Is very slow. Better off sticking with the website, though the desktop version is better than the mobile one.
It's never been great tbh. I always have to "review my purchases" in order for it to remember who I am even though I'm logged in through the app permanently. And now the menu has disappeared! You're better off just using the website which works really well on a mobile platform and as soon as your logged on you'll get access to all your usual purchases and wish lists as per the app.
App doesnt work at all, if you click a category, I.e. pumps, it will say no items match your search for "pumps" despite the fact I'm not making a search, just clicking on the menu for it, and if you do choose to search the word pump the only thing that comes up is one set of grips, this happens on multiple categories showing no items at all. Definitly needs fixing.
Slow. Changes currency constantly. Cart don't sync with account. Unfortunate fail in software development.
The best place to get a bike. I've bought three. Plus the bits for them are cheaper than other places.
Every time I try to buy something it gives me an error when I click on checkout which says :JBWEB000065: HTTP Status 500 - Attempt to use an item which has been removed: Which somehow manages to fix itself after uninstall and reinstall the app (using exact same items in basket). But next time I want to buy something it just does it again!! Save yourself the trouble and use browser version as this doesn't work well enough to be worth the effort Please fix your app it is one of the worst.
This USED to be a good app. My past 6 purchases, I don't know if I've bought something or not. I had been debited the money, but received no confirmation email or receipt. Really frustrating! My drop down menu gone also. Should be alot better!
Good app, however after recent update shop menu disappeared. The only menu left is My Account. iPhone version works fine. I experience this issue on Android device only. Tried to clear data, clear cache, reinstall. Nothing helped. Please fix this issue.
Something has gone wrong with this app in recent months. No longer allows easy browsing and rarely works at checkout. The last 5 purchases I've made I've given up and logged on via the browser.
As has been described by others, unable to navigate around the app, no menus, and completely pointless. And it's been months without CRC caring enough to fix.
Not sure what's happened to the latest revision of this app but as other people have found the drop down menus have now disappeared. Very poor. Will stick to the website and delete the app.
Order history does not load Wish it looked more like an app and not like a website. Needs lot of improvement.
It's basically just their website turned into a phone friendly app. Page tabs are a bit easier to use n it saves having to type the page address into a browser every time you want to have a look. No complaints at all
Images of products is covered by text "Swipe left and right to view more images, tap to zoom". I find it very annoying because it apears every time i open product to view. And popup "Live chat unavailable" covered some other text and it cant be read.
Its pretty good for searching for stuff, not had any problems there but the filtering doesn't always work properly and it doesn't like ordering stuff either. It gets confused if your account email address and PayPal email address are different.
Terrible app! Doesn't allow personalisation like currency setting, very difficult navigation and very non user friendly display layout. Back button takes us to anywhere except the previous page where it's supposed to!
No sence in password. I try recovery from application and it will redirect to website. But new stored password do not work. I saw message in website that in maintance. But still can signin only in website. Backgroud apps can be sync because save power mode disabled.
Great selection of bikes and equipment. Major problem on the app though as when you apply the "only in stock" filter and pick a bike it still shows all options are out of stock?? Also theres no option to add a price range.
I love CRC but I'm forced to stay with the website. The app has no option to choose Ireland (ROI). If I choose UK there is no option to change the currency to Euro. If I choose other euro zone country then the prices are different. Useless app for me.
Old app was great. New app is total rubbish. No drop down menu's and I can't log in to my account anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. Crc used to be my go to app. Now I'm shopping around. Crc your app development team need a kick up the backside.
Outstanding company, never had an issue. The navigation since the Oct. update has just been horrible, I miss the old menu layout.
What happened to the previous version. Current one is near impossible to navigate. No more drop down search function. Hard to browse categories I'm interested in.
The app is awful! There is always a delay between selecting and going back where it also resets and restarts the page. If you check the basket it will not return back to being able to scroll. It is also now stuck on a white screen after going to checkout and will not load anything past the home screen despite closing app and restarting. Just awful, use the Web browser instead.
