The app is great, but to improve it it should include a way to contact the drivers. The last time I asked for a service I was in a mall, I saw the driver arrived but he did not see me and he went around for some time looking for me. No way for me to give him directions.

Except when they send stinky Bonjour cabs
Works better than Uber! Have no issues reserving a car on any day or time. My request goes in and any driver can pick it up. Great app. Thankyou Camplain taxi service.
