Changelly: Instant Bitcoin and Crypto Exchange

I have been using this application for a long time and I have something to say about it. I can tell you in advance that the pros outweigh the cons. I refer to the pluses: stable performance, rich functionality that is not inferior to the web version, simple and intuitive interface, a convenient chat with technical support, also all the advantages of the web version: low commissions, profitable rates, swap speed. I didn’t notice any disadvantages of the application itself. Only what is applicable to the "bigger" version, namely: high commissions when buying crypto for fiat, the exchange rate cannot be fixed for all pairs, rare, but there may still be swap delays. All these disadvantages, in my opinion, are completely insignificant, and in no way outweigh the advantages of this platform, so I recommend that you definitely try it.

Speaking as an absolute novice, I've been using Changelly for about a year. It has given me 0 (ZERO) problems of any kind. The staff has been first rate. The ONE time I did contact them had to do with 2FA and not the app itself. I felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. Given the subject, caution is always necessary when trusting your funds. I feel very comfortable recommending Changelly. Well done guys!

Good app for swapping. No two swaps are alike. Comes in handy for certain swaps.. And people complaining about fees .. FYI, you gotta pay to play. Don't forget that. This is a service. They pay their employees. Which I might add, Are very helpful. Had a failed transaction on my part. Put a memo where there shouldn't have been one. Chatted with tech, sent memo to specialist. Had my transaction straightened out in ten minutes. Hit the correct wallet for previous agreement amount👌👍💯

Very cool and very unique. The Exchange you're using might not have the trading pair you would like. But changelly might have it. This is the exact reason I use changelly. The fees are understandable and not unreasonable. I have no idea how good the customer service is because I've been using this app for years and never had an issue. 5 star for sure!

Been using changelly since they didn't even have stand alone app (through coinomi wallet, which is as convenient) and now they have a separate app, I decided to give it a try. Done my first transaction, bnb to eth, it was smooth and fast, and I got my eth right away after I sent them bnb, all in less than 5 minutes (depends on the network, though). The only downside for me is they forgot to mention about the fee (small detail, but kinda annoying).

So far, after 3 months using changelly, I've had not 1 issue. Done prob about 10 transactions. I get nervous based on a lot of info i read but honestly, so far, not 1 issue and not only that, it's always worked flawless. Ex transactions, ex exchanges, fast, private, but yea, i still get lil bit nervous everytime i do a transaction, haha! No reason, just do. Use changelly, you'll be fine, i assure u of that.

It wasn't easy to find an exchange for a smartphone app that was as useful as this one. Changelly proved to be just such a thing. The software works without a hitch. After five months of use, I haven't seen any glitches. But as far as im aware it;s really easy to connect with support if you have inquiries

Site has incredible support. Even though Changelly is incredibly easy to use, Digital Assets can be confusing to some, especially newbies, this is why support is sooo important. I have done many transaction & once forget to add my "tag" number, Changelly was able to recover my funds & place the funds in my account within the hour of losing it. I cannot tell you the stress that I would have had, had it not been for their incredible support!

First time I used this type of app and I found it easy to use the customer service support is extremely helpful to any problem that you have 5 star's guys keep up the good work

It was difficult to find a replacement for a smartphone app which i priveiously used. Changelly turned out to be exactly such a chance encounter. The program works well. I haven't noticed any bugs after five months of use, but it's really easy to get in touch with support if you have any questions.

It is a very straight forward, easy to use application. Changelly comes in really handy while you are waiting for that ID Pending Verification clock. Developers really did extraordinary jobs. Mega kudos developers!!!!! I answered not sure to all the questions regarding checks and auto invest because I do not use those features.

it just installed this app and on opening it for the first time ever, it says "server error" everywhere.... that alone is a BIG RED FLAG. when the icons for cryptos showed, it still said "error" when clicking it. MASSIVE RED FLAG. Bye ........... UPDATE: No, I will not/cannot. What's in it for me for going through that hassle? Find your problem; Solve your problem. I've already uninstalled your app & I've found a better alternative for swaps (FYI, your minimum values for swaps are high). Bye.

I used this app to swap a large amount of ADA to BTC. I apparently did not pass the KYC requirements however they still made the transaction happen. It took over an hour but it was successful. Thank you Changelly.

Been using this service for almost a year and after my initial escapade into crypto trying everything like an idiot and losing hundreds of dollars, this is one of the services I have kept using, its extremely reliable, great support, you don't have to send exact amounts and there are many options that would likely get you your crypto without losing half in the process.. As John & Jay said... get them to short you $300, cash it in, and say you didn't think it was enough to send back, so you kept it. Try $400. Sure seems sketchy, better del it, sounds like an app that eats your money!

changelly is simply the best exchange app. great interface, clear exchange rates, full details of transaction fees, warnings about specific coin transfer time and even step by step exchange process are demonstrated. i tried it many times and every time i completely satisfied with it. contact teams doing great and there's a history for all of your transactions. changelly says their commission is 0.5%, however i found it a little more (about 0.75%), but it's still far better than other apps...

Pretty bad exchange. Your transaction gets "stuck" more often than not and you have to beg their support to process it "manually." Several support tickets went ignored and when I went on their live chat support I had to wait an hour to get assistance. Just a big waste of time all around. Also, when you ask for a refund they charge you a fee, to which for me amounted to about $27 btc. This could be the normal BTC transaction fee but why should I pay that when it's their service that's broken.

It wasn't easy to find an exchange that would have such a functional mobile app. Changelly turned out to be just such an exchange. The app runs smoothly. I did not notice any bugs for five months of use, but it’s very comfortable to communicate with support if you have questions.

App lacks key currencies such as USD, EUR, CAD, RUB. All I found were crypto ones so please look into this. Also you should add a "Cancel" button for transactions and obviously a way to login in your actual Changelly account. UI on the other hand looks clean and minimalistic. Hope you acknowledge this review. Edit : I'm glad you took into consideration my ideas and actually replied instead of copy pasting the same comment to everyone.

It is always lovely when a human, not a robot, communicates with you if you need help. This is a big plus of the local technical support. And already if the communication takes place in a convenient chat, which is always at hand, then this is great. I am glad that such a comfortable form of contact with support is implemented in the app.

This app has never let me down. For over a year, I have been swapping with changelly and have had no major problems using it. Transaction delays were infrequent, but against the general background this is almost invisible

So you enter all of your desired transaction information, thr amount of purchase, the wallet address, etc. Then you get redirected to MoonPay and you have to refill EVERYTHING, and it defaults to a large payment that was not the selected amount on the Changelly app. I don't understand this jazz.

Why can't I exchange dogecoin in this app when it say on changelly website in detail that I can? There isn't and option to select doge from the list nor does it show up when I do a search. Wasted my time getting this app. Thats my only gripe about the app. If someone from customer support can assist to fix this issue I would be happy to raise to 5 stars

They fail to complete the transactions I have made and so far I have lost a few thousand dollars because the amounts are not sent to the wallets I specify. Do not use. Edit: Was able to confirm transfers to wallet. Support team helped out. Does the job, just be sure to confirm on blockchain.

Careful, if the App messes up you will loose your funds and customer support doesn't care. They make excuses for why it failed and then close the chat. Lost a few thousand dollars doing a transaction that has worked a dozen times no issue. They don't care how much evidence you have that it's a problem with their app. They refuse to refund my money

Pretty good and easy to use, I'd recommend if you don't like the hassle of transferring out of you wallet to an exchange then transferring back. Rates are alright for the convenience, could be better.

Great app and easy to use. Only problem I'm having is that I'm unable to login via my google account. I can just fine on your website but on the app it just closes and won't actually log me in. I have already tried clearing data and uninstalling/reinstalling app with no luck. Other than that great app!

A friendly smartphone application with no unnecessary features. Swapping is very convenient, and there are several different currencies to choose from. The exchange rate is very favorable.
