Channel 3 Eyewitness News

They just did an upgrade and total format change. You use to get Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee news plus political, national, entertainment, and health news. All that was lost on the new upgrade. Now I have to go to 3 different apps to get what I found in the chanel 3 app. And it's full of ads All they want to give is local news. It's very frustrating. I emailed them my concerns but haven't heard back. I'm deleting this app. Channel 9 has a better app I can use.

When this was WRCB, it was a news source that I could depend on. Now, it is largely local nonsense. One has to dig through several layers to get national news of note. In addition, the app is very poorly constructed and presented. I am very disappointed and will be looking for another source with a decent mix of local and national news.

Nice app. The only improvement would be to have this and your weather app with the same name, i.e. local 3 news and local 3 weather. I downloaded both but one downloads as channel 3 news and the other is local 3 weather. It would be so much easier to find the apps if they were the both either local 3 or channel 3.

Whoever designed this, what were you thinking? This update Destroyed this App. Horrible amount of ads(Are y'all really that broke? Wasted money painting the building, huh?)...the Notifications hardly ever work. Not enough coverage on Actual News. I've Never been So disappointed in Channel 3 (now Local 3) like I am now. The weather aspect isn't user friendly. The 7 day forecast tab doesn't work. Just an Overall Awful Update. Major mistake in the change of this News Channel and App.

I am so frustrated with breaking news alerts. I click on them and there is NO ARTICLE. I will have to uninstall the app if this doesn't stop. As it is, I have to go to channel 9 or other sources to get the story behind the headline, so there isn't much point in the WRCB app. Don't send me an alert until there is an actual article to read, please!

The app usually does not take you to the correct article when you click on on a notification, and often times you can't even find the article mentioned in the notification yet there are a lot of really old news once in the app. Also, when sharing an article out of the app, it only sends computer gibberish no matter what type of phone I'm sending to. Samsung Galaxy S7 w latest updates.

Unfortunately some of the news seem to have a strange bias. Discovered news credit to the CNN Wire. I'm not interested in fske news.

Since they changed there app it's hard to navigate and extremely difficult to get the app to open

App will not open. I've done all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. Uninstalled

Notification links ever take you to the articles. Already uninstalled wrcb weather because the new version is junk. Went with weather channels app. About ready to uninstall the wrcb news app for the same reason.

App is ok but the live broadcast is pitiful. 1 minute of news for every 3 minutes of commercial break. And the commercial breaks don't even show a commercial. The channel 9 app is much better.

The old app was better this new app crashes alot or can't open to wide screen

I hate the commercials when I change to a new article in this app. I loved it before those started popping up. I now read another local news app solely because of these commercials. You are forced to watch them or leave the app.

Can't see the live news with landscape mode.

I use a kindle fire tablet and it won't download the app at all. I didn't have this issue before the new app.

I get the alerts and when I open the app it reports Our apologies and no article not available" and that site cannot be reached. But I got the notification and I did un-installed and re-installed app. Still an issue.

Even though I have only traffic alerts and weather alerts selected, I still get notifications about other topics that has nothing to do with traffic or weather. There for I will uninstall it and never install again.

Not very accurate weather predictions and not consistent weather updates either. Use a different app for severe weather updates.

Love channel 3 but this app is disappointing. Click on any link, it tries to open, then returns to home. I've uninstalled/re-installed ti no avail. Please fix the app!

Don't like the new layout. I mean where is the national news and entertainment headlines? Can't find anything at all

Why we have down load 3 apps to get what we use to get on one app yall messing things up since Paul berry's retired I unstalled all ch 3 apps they no good

when i click on story, app stops working, real junk app, i uninstalled, waste of time.

WRCB app will not open up at all it just keeps coming up saying restart

I dont like watching the news on TV anymore because of all the negative stuff going on. However, with this app, I am able to keep up with the weather.

News stories are well done and weather is top-notch as to be expected. The only problem and it's big: No comment capability. What are y'all so afraid of?

Too much video. I need to be able to read the stories wothout sound.

Bad links. Receive notifications that go to home page instead of correct story.

They like to post political news alerts but not so much regular Chattanooga news.
