The best app to create projects and tasks. The integration with Google Calendar was my selling point. It divides all my projects both personal and professional, into folders, subfolders and tasks. It is real a "CHAOS CONTROL."
Far and away the best GTD app on the store. Had this for Windows Phone a long time back, and I love the cross-platform syncing.
reminders don't work good, sometimes dont show notification at all sometime wrong time, for me without reminder it is a useless app.
Its a great app. Would be great if something could be worked out for adding multiple tasks easily.
awesome! Spot on with the book.
Perfect GTD app! I was looking for a good replacement to Omnifocus and this one is the very best out there. The widget is great and this has really helped to organize my life
This is not even close to GTD. Just well-made TODO list. No next action. No delegation. Can't convert an action item to project. Project is not a category, it is some actions which can be broken to small actions. You need to benchmark Everytask app. It is very old app and not user friendly UX, but it has every thing about gtd.
Works great, but there are 2 things I love about this app and make it my favourite: First is that you can use the same app on all your Android, Ios and Windows devices and the sync is instant and second there is a great customer support available.
Great for managing your projects etc. I have all the versions would be great uf you could sync with ms outlook tasks and calendar, without exchange of course keep updating it with features will only get better cheers
The Best of the best I have tried several different task list and goal setting apps and this one combines both seamlessly. I got this app before reading the GTD book but I found reading it really maximizes the benefit of this app.
Premium does not work as expected: it does not load the data from the non-premium edition.
The app is visually appealing and gives essential minimum in terms of features. But I'm considering moving to one of its competitors now. To catch up following should be added: - subtasks - location-based reminders - desktop version for linux
Using along with windows application. Syncs well. Great activity organizer. Rapid response to queries from developer. Fantastic support. Highly recommend this app.
So far so good. A few minor quirks/bugs, but nothing serious. I'm sure it will only get better with time.
awesome app...only thing i wanted more is eisenhower matrix type categorisation feature...over all nice app
I enjoyed it in the past. It was useful. I look forward to using this premium version.
great underrated app. Does everything I need and more.
This is really very nice. Can you add subtasks? That would make it absolutely perfect!
Works for me for what I need...
In general, the app is great. Definitely worth the price. I might use this forever. It helps me organize my life. At first I was looking for Omnifocus, cause a friend of mine told me to. But I don't buy apple products, and Chaos Control fulfils my needs. One quick complaint, though: I can't put daily repetitive tasks that have no start and due dates... for certain tasks that I should do every day, but if I don't do it one day, I just wanna skip to the next day
I love this app and use it often.
Only thing that is remaining is giving priority to list objects.
Well thought out and beautifully designed. My only complaint is that the image that appears on the main menu does nothing but consume space. It looks amateurish and interferes with the Android Wear view. Five stars if it can be eliminated.
On my 8 inch tablet and the upgrade to Android's Marshmallow version, it is much easier for me to view and learn how to use Chaos Control. I had upgraded to Premium a while ago. Now it will be easier to learn. One of my favorite options still is reminders for both start and end dates. End date reminders are especially useful when juggling longer term activities, their intermediate actions, or multiple concurrent activities.
The program is very easy to understand, use and fast at input. It is easy to see what needs doing and why. The interface especially needs work on IOS though. Android and the Mac are great. A few extra views and filters to specify what you need to see will make the program almost perfect. P
I really like this app. It's quite helpful.
Great app. The chaos box is perfect for me. Great customer support.
Great App, poor permissions. I've used this app for years and it continues to work well. I love that it is available on all my devices but since going through my phone for potential privacy and security issues, I just couldn't justify allowing it to remain on my devices. Why would a task manager need read and write access to all of my documents and photos? Even if it isn't nefarious in intent, there are better ways to develop to not require all the permissions this is asking for.
