Charades

Charades is a local multiplayer game. Requres at least 2 players. It’s based on standard rules where one player tries to draw a random word while others try to guess it. The one who guesses automatically becomes next who draws.

- two options to enter answers: using keyboard or voice recognition (requires Internet connection),

How to play?You can connect and play with others using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. First one requires from everyone to be in its range while second needs to be connected to the same local network.

One of the player chooses "Create" option in main menu, sets game options: drawing time and points limit, and then starts the game. From this point the rest of the players can join the game by choosing "Join" option in main menu and selecting from list creating player's device.

If Bluetooth is used and devices are connecting for the first time, system will ask for their pairing. In case of using Wi-Fi, connection will be established immediately.

You can also join the game during its term, but to do that using Bluetooth, the player who created the game should select "enable discovery" option from context menu, which will allow a new person to find the right device and join the game.

- I can’t guarantee that every device (acting as host) will be able to handle such number of players. Also in some cases problems with re-joining might occur and then this option may become unavailable.

- in Wi-Fi mode application doesn’t limit the number of players but in some networks (especially in public ones) it might not work or serious delays or problems with connection stability might occur, even for small number of players.
