Chard Snyder Mobile

Overall a great app, not 5 stars because I'd like to be able to upload receipts from other albums on my phone, not just the camera roll. It's been slow lately, but I may have not updated it in a while. It's easy to use, very convenient. I'd also like to be able to save my provider info so I don't have to switch back and forth to get the tax ID each time. But these are small complaints, mainly ease of use nuances.

Incredibly complicated for something that is very simple. No option to pay an expense that is created, so you have to File a Claim. When you do that, there is no option to upload a receipt. The only thing it will let you do is take a picture. So then I have to take a picture of the PDF displayed on a different device. But at least the app works, vs online which just gives an error message online and forces you to fill out paperwork to print, scan and email. This is the dark ages of tech.

Worked fine on my Samsung galaxy until recently. It was easy to navigate and see account data. Login used to be saved with a 2 factor authentication pin and today that was not an option. Had to change password WAY too many times to Login. Info doesn't save on the login page. Very frustrating

Can not log in on mobile. I can log into the web version with no problem. After downloading the app and attempting to log in SEVERAL times I'm realizing it's an app problem rather than a password related problem. I simply just cannot log into the app. Disappointing.

Horrible experience with this application. The camera function never works and it never has on any mobile platform that I had. I have always use Android in there one time when on any mobile platform that I had. I have always use Android in there one time upon further development at work but as the years went on this thing never works. You can never find your receipts to upload to chard snyder'.

Would be a zero but can't so I'll give a very low 1. App is very bad always have problems with sighning in, wanting to automatically change password without my consent. Always having to call customer support to regain access to my account. Very not satisfied. 04/10/2021 Still not happy!! Same problems.

Very convenient. Only problem is the camera doesnt work within the app. You have to remember to take the picture first or you have to start over be cause it freezes.

Chard Synder Mobile app is very convenient. I don't own a desktop computer. With the app I can take a picture and upload a claim using my cell phone which is a huge plus for me. You can also check your account balances. This app makes it easy for people on the go.

All attempts to attach requested receipts read "upload failed contact your administrator ". This was supposed to be convenient and has failed miserably. Truly, not worth using. The next sign up period I'm denying this 'benefit' and using pay as I go. Really, two years ago, this was worth it...great customer service and availability.

App is fine. Customer service is borderline abysmal. Claims processing and payout times are atrociously long. 8 weeks on a simple dependent care claim with an account that was electronically linked. No excuse.

Awful. App closes when you're in the middle of doing stuff. Chard snyder in general is awful. You have to jump through hoops to use your own money.

The scanner to check for eligibility does not even work. This is by far the worst HSA account I have ever had. It doesn't pay for half the stuuf it should. It makes you pay out of pocket and then submit for reimbursement.

I'm unable to choose the correct expense category on this claim. Had to submit under the wrong category just to get it submitted and hope I can get it changed if I call customer service

This app worked great on my galaxy s8 active. Won't open at all with the galaxy s10e. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still won't open. This needs to be fixed asap!

Every time I try to log into this app it denies me. I've had my password changed so many times it's ridiculous. This app worked much better before someone started monkeying around with it.

If my health app let's me download an EOB then why can't I upload it? My only options are photo or camera. If I screenshot and say photo or doesn't even choose all my photos 😔 poor design updated review .. This is the worst program for FSA. .I spend more time trying to get money back than going to the dr

I can easily submit my childcare receipts and check my balances for FSA and dependent care. I've been using this app for a few years now and I really like it!

Was super simple and easy to use but recently it stopped working. I app doesn't allow me to log in and the website won't either.

I have to create a new password every time I use this app. It is more efficient to use email as you are not limited to the number of uploads.

I never have issues with this app, and the receipt organizer makes things quick and painless!

So far it works. Just had our company switch to this provider. I have had no issues so far.

Quick to use/upload/file claims. Easy to navigate and secure. Pleasure to use!!

Doesn't allow you to register your card for the mobile app all it asks is for login. Trying to download mobile app first too login!!!!!!

Staff always helpful and web site got easier to use
