Great app easy to use and reliable
Got it to work, but the numbers bleed over each other on my phone. Also, it doesn't confirm that the transaction is completed, so you don't even know for sure that it has gone through. You literally have to go to the stripe website to check and see if the money has been deposited. Needs work.
It's the poorest processing I've ever had don't see how y'all get any business taking 10 days to process money
most of my transactions don't go through. I end up having to call in and give a ton of info just to talk to someone to help me and the problem still is not fixed. I use this for my lawncare business and it is more of an inconvenience. if this doesn't get fixed soon I will have to switch over to a different service.
Great app, it makes my life so much more convenient! the only place where I think needs attention would be the processing time I know it depends on connection but sometimes it just takes so long. thanks for the great app!
A useful app that's quite intuitive and makes it easy to take credit card payments via mobile. Plus their support team is super helpful and responsive.
Very disappointed, app keeps freezing, slow customer service
Seems pretty good so far. One transaction done whilst on 4G: first time failed due to 'token'. I connected to a wifi, tried again and it worked.
Just awful recently. Says postive integer entered and won't process card payments on the app at all. Uninstalled it, changed passwords etc. Still rubbish. Really disappointed.
I keep getting an error when trying to connect to Stripe from the android app. ERR UNKNOWN URL SCHEME. Also something about access token in the message. Please can you help fix.
I'm having problems with seeing my transactions on Stripe dashboard. I have spoken to Stripe who can't see a problem at their end. I have also sent you an email to hello@... explaining this issue. I hope I can get a reply soon. Thank you.
Does not adequately alert you of fraudulent activity. You must also use the website in real timevto ensure your transactions are actually approved. Also does not allow you to capture a signature for any customers at all.
It is ok. Deposit times are slow, you cannot immediately see transactions when they process, fees are a bit high.
Pretty cool so far! Minimum charge of at least 50ยข: very clean and simple for manual inputting but I'll think about the swiper in the near future. Thanks for having this available.
app closes when i try to charge a card. it also reduces the amount I'm charging from for example 2000 euros to 2.000 euros. it's very annoying
I use this App for around a year. Simply to use, but i still can save my client info for future references. Have to type in manually every time. But for now I can live with that.
Never scans the card even when its aligned properly. And I get "invalid positive integer" everytime I try to process manually.
i do not see any information about the first transaction i made. there is no area to see any items processing. If my customer order is not processed i will be contacting a lawyer
In principle the app looks ok, but it doesn't take card payments. The processing symbol just keeps going round!!
If you keying in a card you can not enter in an address to verify it matches billing address. Just got a $250 chargeback.
Quick to use, and provides a simple and clear record to the merchant (me).

Please include NFC feature to read card automatically. Otherwise a really nice app.

Works great! Very easy to use and practical for everyday use.
Easy to setup and use. Looking forward to trying the card reader option out. I use this for markets and find that while the transaction cost is not the cheapest, there is no monthly or ongoing costs, making this ideal for me.
