Buggy app, UI layout has no consistency. Does what it should but it is not the best possible. I'm sometimes unable to connect via bluetooth even though app says connecting. After restarting the app it works. Automatic connection would be nice as I have only one charge controller. UI layout is different on every page. "Real time data" page looks and works great. Same layout should be on every page. Accidental press on "Send" button resets charge controller's battery parameters.
Only option to sync controller is through bluetooth(BLE) and wifi even though it's advertised to work with an OTG cable. Tutorial shows an option to change the communication method from IR to OTG, but doesn't show up in app so it's useless. Please update it so I can actually use your product effectively, otherwise I don't see a reason to keep my charge controller.
This app would not detect my BLE adapter initially. you must manually give the app all device permissions on android 7.0, their instruction are valid for 8.0 and up only. But don't bother on 7.0, the app interface is horribly buggy, constantly popping messages in the way of the data that can't be suppressed rendering the app useless.
Completely useless! It doesn't even do like what the manual says it can do. Can't use the usb dongle with OTG cable. Before the devs says well does the cable work with anything else? YES it does! I can charge other devices, access my flash drives, use my USB game pad, even mouse and keyboard. the OTG came with my phone thanks to Google.
Only works via WiFi and Bluetooth. I live off grid so I didn't want any of that so i bought the cable for direct connection, which they advertised to work, well little did I know that they were lying 🤥. Shame on you Epever. You wasted my money on the cable and after the I spoke to your customer service, which has no clue, I have decided not to buy your products ever again.
Works fine gives good data. Only it doesn't support battery user setting only sealed. Also would be nice if it would update on it's own automatically even if it was ever 10 seconds.
Version 1.1 does the basics ok; could use a few improvements. 1. On Realtime Details/Battery screen, battery current is actually panel current. Example: panel current 1amp, load current 3amp, battery shows 1amp but should show -2amp. 2. SOC could be displayed on Realtime Details/Battery page beneath Battery Status line. 3. Controller temperature could be displayed on Realtime Details/Battery page in a new section below Charging Status.
Works fine after understanding it! I had to make sure my Android phone had the correct App permissions set to make the App and Bluetooth device communicate. Connects and functions just fine!
App looks smooth and useful, but won't connect to the BLE adapter. i can see it in my phone's Bluetooth pairing screen, but the app refuses to see it. waste of $30
I bought the Epever controller, and downloaded the app to change some settings on it. According to the controller manual I can use a RS485 to USB cable to communicate with the controller, however the app only allow wifi and ble?
Please give upgraded version of this app, which includes more information like battery backup time and correct solar information , like, daily, weekely and monthly information is not in correct field, please resolve this issue.
my other android phone has an older version called solar station and works fine with this one no luck to connect so far so it is of no use to me yet

Very usefull
Works fine for me, bit annoying that you have to press the read button every time to update the info, would have been better if you could update on the fly. Same with the stats updating, would have been nice to see it update in real time rather than keep hitting the read button. When you minimise it then go back to it , it won't connect you have to reload the app again ( bit annoying) I'm pretty sure they can update this to sort these minor issues out . Apart from that works fine so 3 out of 5 stars from me.
