Charging Station

Purchases go through with error messages and no confirmation that your card was actually charged. Getting my debit card added to my account was a huge hassle. I have never been able to sign in with my password, error messages every single time. Can't transfer anything from one card to another. Stopped getting emails and offers since signing up. Overall awful experience.

Please fix this app. The offers in app don't work, you just get the chips worth the dollar amount you paid, no bonus is added. Plus, every time you pay (or even add your credit card and D&B) you get error messages (and the app sometimes freezes and closes) but it still goes through. I will only be using it in the future to check my balance.

Yea this thing gave all sorts of errors when changing the password, changing PIN number, adding cards, redeeming offers. Then they prompt you to call a number with a ridiculous wait time. It was best to just show it to the folks up front and do it all without the app because after fudging with it for about an hour. I cannot recommend avoiding this enough.

The app worked great the first year, after that it had trouble loading. Got a new phone and it loaded up a lot better, but it still has the same issues when I'm at my local Dave & Busters. If I wait long enough it'll load up eventually. Don't understand why the offers on Thursday for buy $20 and get $20 free are not offered on a consistent basis.

I would rate the app higher, as it is very convenient for reloading a card and not having to go to the front or a kiosk. The problem I have is that according to the c/s rep I spoke to on the phone this weekend, you can only do 4 recharges thru the app during a 4 day period. I went with my kids this weekend, got them all the power tap lanyards, added money to each one. Then I went to refill my main card, and kept getting an error to call c/s. That should be changed

Overall, I like the app. I enjoy having what is basically a one stop shop for my D&B card/account. Once in while there's a glitch with recharging but is usually resolved with a little waiting. Especially like being able to redeem offers in the app instead of having to deal with the front desk or a kiosk.

Very convenient app...never have to wait in lines except when using email coupons. For improvement, I recommend that the app have the ability to accept the scan code from the email coupons. As of now, I have to stand in line tomorrow to use the buy $20 get $20 free coupon. Otherwise a convenient app that eorks well.

Did a purchase with this app for credits, said it didn't register the payment, so within 5 seconds I did it again in a short impulse, then it said it didn't register again... Next thing you know, I was charged twice. The payment did go through but didn't register in time for me to notice, so I ended up paying double then what I wanted to. Very deceptive.

I have had no problems with the app. thr only thing I wish it did was tally reward points toward the purchase of tokens. they normally send coupons weekly but reward points do not count for that. the app is easy to use, and the coupons are easy to obtain as well. it is even linked to your user account and card.

i work with D&B. Wish they had super charge for the coupons they send out for the app. as well as an extra page menu for the prices of chips and the game chip range for the tap games (2.5-19chips), half of Wednesday, ect. Virtual Reality $6. thanks for the awesome app. I use all the time. info page for cards would be awesome too.

Can't change my phone number Edit: now I can't even use the app as intended the phone number couldn't be changed still so I made a new one tried to add my credit card and kept running into an error. Sent emails repeatedly asking for help, but they keep sending me a phone number to call that wasn't being picked up. I guess they don't want my money

Saving money and having more fun are 2 of my favorite things......I do both with the Dave and Busters App. They send me coupons so I can play more with less......plus I get additional free tokens because I have the app. Doesnt cost anything to download the app.....if you go once a month for games or food.......give it a try!

It's very sporadic with functioning. Sometimes I can redeem an offer, other times it continuously gives me an error code no matter what I do. I do not have high speed internet, but this seems to be the only app that has problems with that.

Easy, smooth transactions with recharging my card. I just wish it didn't take so long to start up the app. I have a lot of RAM on my phone so there should be no excuse for the app to act up. Other than that, super convenient. :)

Wish you could see what the transactions are on the cards. One of us lost a card and it would have been nice to see what game we used it on last. It would be nice to have a refresh button as well bec it would not update without a complete closure of the ap and who has time for that? The whole thing is to save time at the Midway right?

I took a party of 8 for lunch and games and had a "free" $20 chip coupon which thought was a great idea given that I spent $170 on food and drinks so free chips seemed like a good bonus. However, after filling out the info online to redeem this, I did get $20 in chips but found out I was charged the $20 dollars right away, what a let down! Not going back again.

The app is great when it actually works which is rarely. You cant refill for the 100$ because you get an error, reached out to support only to never be called back. Occasionally when you log in all of your info is gone and then randomly comes back minutes, hours or days later. FIX THE BUGS!

always crashing....very annoying about to give this up in the beginning it was very convenient now it just irks my nerve. Update: 7/2019 Has been much better havent been using it as much but no crashes when i do get on it...I hope it continues to serve at its best because I Love D&B

wonderful app, once when i was having issues (user error) called up and they stayed on the line until finding out it was a much larger issue, then emailed me what we talked about and when it would be fixed. also, great freebies!

Really cool when it works. It gives you coupons and let's you see how many tickets and credits you have. Unfortunately, the app crashes constantly and sometimes won't even load whatsoever.

This app is useless. I can't even sign in. I've adjusted my account to see if it'd help and it didn't. It just keeps saying "invalid attempt" whenever I try to sign in. I sign out and sign back into the browser and type my password in, so I know it's not incorrect. This app just doesn't work.

App design is good and everything seems to work correctly. Makes it really easy to recharge your card and redeem special offers. It would be nice to be able to access the Rewards account from the app, though.

After discussing with customer service, they should have the multiple purchases issues fixed. Only time will tell. Other than that, very convenient to see current chip, ticket and rewards amount, as well as putting chips on the power card.
