RUN AWAY. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, one defected and another one that the size was odd. I requested return and refund the day I received the items, and provided photos of defected shoes, however all I received was no answer and no help. It's been 16 days since I requested return and I still couldn't hear back anything although I followed up many times. If you are living in US, we have all many other great places to purchase shoes.

Useless app! It doesn't open most of the time, the interface is not use friendly. If you can't maintain/upgrade your app, why bother to launch it in the first place.

Please fix the apps, it is really lag and will auto remove my wishlist and shopping bag item. Also, it will suddenly blank.

I had the worst experience with this company.. I had to pay custom duties charge as much as my purchased amount.. And if you ask to cancel they said they will still charge you the shipping cost.. Either way it was a loss for me... Do not order

Exorbitant import duty...I ordered shoes and they are charging me import more than my invoice amount...they never give any clarity about the taxes......I recommend avoiding to shop here. They need to preempt why would a customer pay double prize for anything....rather than acquiring customer...its would be better if you invest in better shopping . Worst customer service....they mislead and it's not a luxury brand deserving of high import duty...

Buggy. Can't choose colours for some shoes and add to cart. Also, app logs out everytime I close it. Uninstalling since website much easier to navigate.

Garbage App, what's the whole point to show Australia region since you can't memories our login details. I have to sign in everytime. Using APP means that you store our details and for express shopping on the phone. In this case is no difference using the website

My favourite shopping app so far. Stunning things to choose from. Adore your merchandise. Buy alot. Very happy with everything. Colours are exceptional and love different colours inside handbags especially.

viewing photos of any item in the app or on the website is a total disaster! you guys have to fix that.

what a poor service!!!! I really want to rate them by a minus. I bought shoes and it is scuffed in a week because of its bad material! I have made two complaints without any results and they made the issue as a consumer misuse.

App keeps saying it's under construction and then just sends you to the website. I tried uninstalling it and installing it again and got the same thing.

Read the reviews while waiting for the app to install. After 5 comments, the app has been downloaded. I uninstalled without even checking if the app really does not help. No thanks.

User experience is not good. The app takes a lot of time to open and load media

I'm so fed up of my app. Every single time I have to login. Why can't you permanently log me in. So annoying. Recaptcha is always problematic.

Worst shopping apps ever.cant load my favorite and even i put things to cart,it will disappear later.need to log in everytime i open the apps.

I hope there will be a feature of mix and match of the products for an everyday fashion suggestions

Price Rp 1.399.000 + tax Rp 895.000 almost same price, no worth enough... 👎👎, don't install it, i'm really regret shop in here, why send from singapore? If there also in Indonesia, why not take it from Indonesian store, so we don't need to pay tax as same as the price of the bag

When i log into charles & keith , and click on tab wishlist or cart , its keep on stopping and close the apps . Keep pop up report or cancel error.

I try to log in but it say wrong password, i go log in at google on the web site i can log in without any trouble using same email and password...

i like this brand. but this is the worst app ever. i tired both versions on ios and android. both are horrible.

all over good but sometimes it doesnt show every whislisted items while scrolling even after refreshing.
