Love the product options its just the app is so bad. (((I signed up for a 20% off on your next purchase through email and never got an email)))but not just that the app goes from deleting stuff from my wish list to removing my cart completely. This makes deciding between items difficult and when it comes to purchasing, you have to re add everything. Yes i am signed in.

The catogories could be better named. Some of the clothing found in the categories didn't quite match the names. In my opinion. Also I love the spring and summer selection although I would love even better prices for those options. But I found some great deals.

Used to work perfectly, now it can't connect. My internet is good and all other apps are working just fine, so it's an app related problem. I deleted my data and cache, even uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still won't connect.

the app doesn't work on my phone anymore it also deleted my account and I had to make a whole new one even the web browser thr site isnt working right the site wont show all the items in the categories like how am I supposed to use this app/site if none of it works properly? Also when I search for the app in the play store it wont even bring up the app I had to search it on Google to get the app again and it still doesn't work.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE CHARLETTE RUSSE!! This is my most fave place to shop! So many choices for women to for just about anyone. I buy thru the internet. I prefer tfast delivery & if the item doesn't fit the way I wanted or doesn't match as well as I thought it would, I can drop it back to CR w/the label provided or, just hit the mall & do the ret right there. If you do not shop here, YOU ARE SERIOUSLY MISSING OUT. Quality clothes, amazing sales all of the time & like I said -something for everyone!

Most of my wardrobe comes from Charlotte Russe so I can say that I love the quality of their clothes. I've been shopping in their stores for almost 6 years now. It was not until recently when I decided to download their app to see what they were like through that. Shipping is nice because it comes within 4-5 days, but if you want your things to come sooner then you have to pay additional $15-$20 which is a bit too much. During my senior year. I always went to the store to buy the matte lipsticks that it was always popular during my high school years and I always found them very attractive and in the clothes that I always wanted to wear every year and I always wanted to wear my high school dances with my friends. miss or helps you define what styles in what you wanted to wear everyday or every year are every month just deciding which races you wanted to do in your clothing and that makes you who you are.

Charlotte Russe is by far my favorite clothing store because they have the most fashionable up to date clothes, the best sales, promotions, and extra off when we can spin the wheel, and by far the nicest, most helpful sales associates!

can't get app to work (my internet is fine and all other apps work fine) won't even load anything but the main page.

It doesnt let me have a wishlist. Everytime I try to add something to my wishlist so I wont forget what I want to buy, it never does.

My app no longer connects to the internet, but everything else on my phone connects fine. Other seem to be having the same issue

business is shutting down and app and website have been closed. Charlotte rouse should remove their app from Google play and on apple devices so nobody wastes their time.

It would let me sign in or anything kept saying internet connection but o know my connection was fine becasue all my other appps worked

Used to love the app but since they filled for bankruptcy it's not worth using now since there app is now closed im very upset there my top favorite store along with rue21 what store will I use now? I tried forever 21 but they don't have my sizes and they run small.
