The bus system is slightly worse than the app. Don't expect any info on route changes.

Great app when it works, which is only about 75% of the time. Just missed my bus! Again!
This app needs an update ,doesn't show you which bus is on the way,this been for a month and a half,fix it or get rid of it,to large of an app to be taking up space,useless especially in heat!!!
the app, like the transit system of Charlottesville itself, is awful.
App crashes way too often
This app literally won't even open. It crashes when you try to launch it. I have uninstalled and updated it many times but nothing works.
I think that this needs to put in the garbage where trash goes
Downloaded an update and now the app crashes every time it opens. LG G4 running Android 6.0

After a big update and a lot of bugs it looks like the app is finally back in shape and better than ever. Thanks!
This app works well after initial performance problems from the data source and then an initially unrecognized problem with my installation. CAT acknowledged, then solved their problem, and reached out and solved my installation problem (re-installation of the app). The interest in helping ensure the app works well was impressive. The app displays useful information but only now can I start to evaluate how convenient it is. CAT is working on further improvements.
The update added in a small time table, but showing only the next 3 buses is beyond pointless. I want the old time tables back because I could see everything and plan accordingly. Why remove the most important functionality from a bus tracing app?
It does not work on my older phone, but Transloc does.
ETAs load surprisingly fast, map isn't laggy at all, and the voice command function now has a button to turn it on rather than always listening. Much improved.
Update: now the app is again usable. the pop up bus times are loading fairly well. still a bit dodgy. I know that they are working in the issues. old:The new app is not helpful at all. Bus time arrivals are the key information and do not show up as they are supposed to. Maybe the load time is just extremely long ...
The new update ruined whatever was working before. Does not show coming bus and ETA on particular bus stops.
This "update" makes the app completely unusable. Roll is back to the old version PLEASE!
This app is so slow in loading bus stops and schedules, which is very frustrating.
The update is horrible. Why can't just let it be the way it was before. And why to you want permission to record using my microphone?
Good app, but sometimes the bus arrival times are way, way wrong!
Frustrating little app, geolocation often screwed up, buses don't show up. Still very convenient when it does work though.
