To mention my wife that has problem with connecting to Huawei P Smart 2019, and can connect to Honor 7, it is true. And please do not answer with generic comment "full charge, reboot...etc.". It is all done. We're not that stupid. It can connect to Honor (used for test), but not to P Smart 2019. So, there is a problem with app.
Its not connecting. I can see the device it Bluetooth devices search menu but the app is not detecting the device. Its fully charged
Doesn't count steps since update. I've rebooted. I've reinstalled both the app and my device. Broken. FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT.... MY CHARM IS NOW USELESS.
It is useless now and there is no way to connect I can not sync it and I think I wasted my money My phone : galaxy a6 plus I bought it in Iran but it is now useless please fix it.
Cannot find Charm to Huawei P Smart 2019 - Android 9. But, Honor 7 with Android 5 finds it without any problem. Fix it.
The app works fine, but the Charm itself doesnt hold charge...only for few hours...HELP!?
I keep getting disconnected and the app stops every 2 min from itself.. why!?

Not convinced the wrist band is very accurate with counting steps. Seems to be over-counting about 3:1. A bit of quick maths though and I geta general idea of how much I'm moving.
Writing this for those unable to connect to phone, please enable the phone location services, no need waste time going to AS center. Figured it out after using another phone to try, and 2nd phone detected my charm in seconds.
Charm will not show up on Bluetooth on my Samsung s8 mobile phone and won't connect through the app at all

Just like many other reviews, my charm was working great and I loved it! It's super cute and stylish, I got lots of compliments, and I didn't have trouble with inaccurate step counts. However, now it stopped connecting to my phone and is useless. Charged the charm, turned Bluetooth on and off, uninstalled/ reinstalled the app and nothing. Phone recognizes the charm but won't connect. So disappointed!
The main problem with the Samsung Crarm lifestyle band: My steps aren't correctly counted when I'm in a Chellenge. Outside on the summary where I can change the datasource everithing is ok . But inside in the Chellenge I see the summary of my steps from my mobile phone and from my Charm. So basically the steps are doubled making the Chellenge unfair and unusable. Please fix this. A Samsung app, a Samsung phone & a Samsung Charm schould collaborate by default. I mean if you can't do this with your own products then something is clearly wrong with the developement strategy... If you are not willing to fix the main issue then please at least let us turn off the step counting in the S Health app... PS.: One of my friends also uses the Charm lifestyle band and she has the same problem!
The app fails repeatedly. It will not connect, even if I reboot, reinstall, etc. Disappointed because i generally like the device
I have been trying the whole morning to connect..... I used the charm for a week and it works well...sudeenly, my charm not cinnected to my phone and i did all the steos. Reinstall, reboot and etc...still doesnt work. I am taking oart in challenge...it affect my points. With so many feedback on charm not connecting. It is. Ot our device problem anymore. It is your apps problem. Do not ask us to go down to AS to waste time. Please resolve from your side asap
Worked well for 2 weeks now wont connect at all. Phone revognises charm but cant communicate
Was working great but now won't sync. Charm shows up on Bluetooth as available but app won't find it to sync so is now useless. Have uninstalled & reinstalled a few times and recharged charm but still nothing. Very disappointed
Seemed to work fine for the first 2 weeks, only charged it twice in that time but suddenly it's not holding it's charge. Fully charged at 11pm last night but now at 1pm next day it's only got 5% charge!!
It worked for 3 weeks and now nothing anymore ... he will not connect anymore to my Samsung 7 edge ... what a shame as I love my charm !!!
My device doesn't support this app, I'm sorry. It would be more good if you mention which device is compatible to use the app so that user's don't waste their time and the device space by downloading the app. I did check before I download but it didn't mention that my device is not compatible.
