The app doesn't work well for me so I just use the website. Love the website, the best medical portal I've used yet!
Never logs in on Android. Returning to the app, I can't even click on the username to try again.
The app needs the telemedicine option in appt types. Please add it soon.

i physically cant select the username line to even log in

This App is for physicians who use CHARM to schedule appointments. It is not for patients wanting to schedule appointments. This app is very useful for those of us that use the ChARM EHR system in our practices. If you are a patient wanting an app to schedule your appointments you should talk to you doctor about getting a ChARM PHR account.
REALLY buggy. Sometimes doesn't load, doesn't save often. Great to be able to retrieve messages and check my schedule. Just doesn't work half the time.
Fails to log in reliably. Scheduled appointments disappear. Easily freezes. Overall, unhelpful
It would help to pick a date from a month calendar layout, instead of guessing dates to see calendar
Does not work. Will not let me schedule anything and appointments do not show up.
This is a little too light on function. I can't cancel appointments or make them outside of scheduled hours or change those scheduled hours.
