Charm King

App is great WHEN it works. Crashes all the time. Mainly you won't pass the loading screen or will be kicked out in the middle of your game. Thus losing any streaks/bonuses you may have had. Followed everything suggested; make sure app is up to date, clear your cache, restart your phone, uninstall then reinstall app, but the problem still persists. I'm sad to say it might be the end of Charm King for me. There's no point in keeping an app that I can't play.

Again, I have played this game 4 yrs & poured more $ into it than I would ever own up 2. I never had problem 1 until 6 mths ago. Then it wouldn't pull up, so I would finally Uninstall & reinstall (sometimes 3/4 x's!) It would finally work. It might get glitchy at times but worked. Each time it decides 2 not open, it gets harder 2 fix. I have lost all my free time so many x's as well as all my story points that I save 2 read 2 my grandkids. Right now I will lose over 800 points if I Uninstall so?

When watching ads for gold bar ad doesn't stop and you don't get the gold bar. I'm giving this a few more days but if it continues I won't bother trying to get any of the gold bars or free spin. To frustrating and annoying. Been playing charm King for years so very disappointed. ***** problem fixed. Thank you ^^^^

Ads are a pain, but the usual workaround is effective.. minimise it then select it from your screen menu. Ad is gone! Edit..game keeps crashing since this morning; either won't load or app closes..2 weeks on and game still won't load most of the time. What's the point in winning unlimited lives, etc for a few hours if the game then won't play?

I love this game when it actually allows me to play...everytime it opens and I get excited it might let me play it just shuts down. It's so disappointing and I am always reporting and sending it back and it continues to do the same thing over and over again. I have uninstalled it a handful of times but the problem still persists...PLEASE, PLEASE Fix it

This game has had me fighting since I started it lol It's a fun game but as you get up the levels it really becomes hard but you just have to keep trying , eventually you will beat the level! You don't have to buy anything but can if you want and you gave no forced commercials , which is awesome 👍, been playing this match three game for at least 5 years probably longer ! Most games I would have quit playing all ready ! All in all very strategically tough match three!

Been playing for years, my favorite game to pass the time. Haven't been able to get it to open for weeks now. Similar problem as other reviews mention. It's clearly a system wide issue that the developers couldn't care less about. Don't bother downloading. Sad to uninstall it but it's just another app wasting space on my phone at this point. 😩

The game is fun with games inside of games! My big problem is the amount of ads with many of them not allowing you back into the game! By that I mean there is no 'X", and it takes me into the play store which I have to close out and restart charm king. That's why I only give it a 3.

The game started out to be fun, but soon turned into a other typical pay to win type game. after a certain point in the game, it's no longer about skill or figuring out a pattern to pass a level. you just play it over and over again until things just fall into place...or you can use gold to get more moves... The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, is the game does give you plenty of opportunity to play on infinite lives for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 8 hours.

Every time I try to watch a video to get a reward it keeps crashing and saying this app is in development and switch to a registered text user. If it keeps crashing on me I'll have to delete the game which I don't want to do cuz I really like it but I'm getting sick of it crashing. Plus I've tried to change the costume for Claude and when I exit out of the game and get back into it it's back on the costume I had it on before. PLEASE FIX THIS OR YOU'LL LOSE A BUNCH OF CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good game for casual play. Used to like it more but now when you lose a level and x out to play it again an ad just pops out and you have to x out that to continuue what you were doing. Very annoying. If this keeps happening, I'm going to uninstall. Ther'e are plenty of games thst don't do that. Also there needs to be new stories to use the scrolls on. Don't like having to repeat them. Or better yet just get rid of that part.

Over all the game is great. I've been playing for a few years with no issues until recently. Lately it's been freezing, lagging, takes long to load or simply kicks me off the game. I've cleared cache & cookies, done the current updates & still it's acting up, don't no why?It's frustrating. This is my favorite game. I didn't make it to level 1435 because I hate it. Lol.. Please fix it!

Great game, lots to do, generous helpings of unlimited lives in most cases. Pretty glitchy, but over is a solid game. NOTE: if you uninstall and reinstall, dont freak out if it looks like you lost everything. Just play up through a few levels and it will all come back. Not sure how many, but more than 3 less than 10.

Game constantly freezes, has ads that freeze the game and my phone, when I might get to play the game doesn't load or if it does it jitters and I have to exit. Used to be fun, now all the glitches are so bad I can't even play. Have sent too many reports of problems and it seems it is just worse. Going to have to uninstall. shame because I've played for years.

I love this game, but recently have been having difficulty advancing to the next level due to an Error message that states that the app is not working. This occurs after an ad is shown on the screen. The game should advance to the next steps of matching the charms and accumulating the points, but the Error message comes up on another screen. I've read other reviews from other players and they to are getting the same Error message. Can this problem be fixed so Charm King players can proceed.

This game used to be a fun and challenging way to waste a little time. I've been playing it since smart phones became a thing. But lately, they've ruined it with this stupid Royal Competition. The puzzles aren't guaranteed to be solvable. Sometimes, you have to wait for a lucky roll. So, including a NEVER ENDING competition, which is impossible to avoid is pathetic, and literally prevents me from playing the regular levels of the map - WHILE offering prizes that can only be won ON THE MAP. iQUIT

I used to love this game but now I loose gold bars, the number of errors is ridiculous! I've lost several levels. I'm a good player, however, since the upgrade it takes forever to win a level. My suggestion, fix it or if you can't tovr it. We play to relax on enjoy not to be stressed and agrivated. I believe you have the talent to fix it!

I've played this game for years, and I'm in the 2000s level. Good, old-fashioned time waster. But, like others have mentioned, after I got a new phone and reinstalled the app, the game changed. The levels are very hard to win and there are no longer ads to watch to add extra moves or to earn gold coins/cherries. I don't mind a "difficult" game, but playing the same level 40 times makes the game lose it's luster. It's no longer fun. Hoping they fix this with the next update.

Disappointed in the new update, I love this game that not many people I know play and I keep playing.....that's about to change because it takes for ever to pass a level and now that they took the BONUS VIDEOS away it's a lot different. If there is not gonna be bonus videos then make it to where after 3-4 times or less to pass a level. Thanks from a player of 4 years or so!

Well, as they say, third times the charm. Except this charm has become very aggravating. Not sure if a new upgrade was applied but in order to play now I have to restarted game to continue to play because it keeps freezing up. Had no problems before what ever happened but very disappointing. I have three other games that upgraded and have no issues with those. Uninstalling for a while. Maybe if I come back the issues will be gone.

I love this game. It's one of my faves. Unfortunately it freezes and/or shuts down regularly. There are times when it shuts down when I've actually won a game but it crashes before the win has registered. Then when I reopen it's as if I didn't win. Or the win counts but it crashes before I can collect the reward. Update: lost yourself a star, folks. Bumped me down several levels & can't progress. Still showing all else. But this at same time as I get notice of a new level. Divorce FB & FIX IT

11/14/19 - Editing Review. Can't get past level 279 without purchasing extras that are needed or wanted to pass levels. There are not enough moves to complete the level. Moving on to non-match 3 games. 11/4/19 - Love it. As you pass levels, you get awarded scrolls that are used to unlock the rest of the story you are discovering. The stories are funny and so well written that you want to play to unlock the next scene.

It was a good game until after level 2,000 then it started to clutch and you cannot collect items and rewards. Reads error on everything .. very frustrating and unbelievable that you can make it that far and it's like they never want you to reach the end. Just so sucked to lose all your progress after all the hours you put in too get to the high level.

Constantly giving the following error "sorry all out of ads". I find this impossible because it happens first thing in morning. Be careful everyone, you will lose alot of stuff that it looks like you will get from ads. Also, I have contacted customer support and they dont respond. I would think twice before downloading or spending any money here. Very disappointing!!!!

I have enjoyed the game with the exception that you rarely get gold without purchasing it. Some of the levels are challenging enough that you have to use almost all up your boosters to a complete them. Games are supposed to be fun with challenge I get that but not so difficult that you're frustrated and want to delete the game which is what I'm going to do. I refuse to purchase all the gold that you need for extra plays.

It's not worth any more than 3 stars. It's constantly shutting down 😭. I enjoy the game but it is getting annoying 😑 when it shuts down during a level, shuts down during harvest time. Shuts down after startup. Freezes during level. Restarting tablet doesn't do anything. Clearing cache doesn't work either. There is a fault somewhere.

I have enjoyed this game for a long time. with the updates I am finding lots of problems. have made 2 in app purchases that were charged to my credit card and never showed up in my game and transferred my game to a new phone and lost all of my cherries, gold bars, and scrolls. probably time to move on to one of the other many options.

This is probably one of the first and hopefully only times that i've had to give a bad review. I literally downloaded Charm Kingdom a few minutes ago, and already having difficulties. When the game was first loading I had to close out of the app and reload it because it didn't want to load at all. However, when it finally did I got to level one and no further. It is an incredibly slow and boring game. Their is absolutely no challenge nor any other type of positive things to say about the game.

Was my FAVE until this... The creators kept adjusting their characters and changing things here and there, while removing ALL cherries, gold, etc acquired!! And then it got to a point where it is completely in FROZEN mode right now. Cannot use ANY button once the game opens. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING and disappoint to know I passed level 1000+ just to have this happen. Waste of time!!!! Too bad .. it was pretty well put together.. and nice graphics!!! Bye bye Charm King
