Charmy - Premium Dating App

it's a great app idea, but the inability to limit the range of users as well as the number of users shown each day is a bit of an issue. Even by selecting that distance was the most important thing to me, i still get suggestions from 300+ miles away, and i see no reason anyone would bother with that. I like the gem system because it gives you a small amount each day, but it is enough to supplement your two daily picks. I'm looking forward to improvements in this app on the future!

I have used this app for not longer than 2 hours and i am going to address the issues as well as what i liked... Very user friendly until you have to start where you don't actually see the progress bar at first witch is one flaw but furthermore very easy to use. Appeals to whatever preferences you have without straining you. This app can do better with a more clear progress bar.

There's only live icon now, I can't have calls anymore, there's no need of using this app then.

This app has a cool concept that boosts your confidence, but it doesn't do what its ad said it would: Find people that actually match my preferences. I think it has a small user base in my area because I'm getting a lot of people outside of my age and distance preference. Many are in different states and are either too young or too old.

It won't let me use any of my photos,not sure if it's not recognizing my face or if it's just too picky about specifications because low quality shouldn't be a problem, having other people in a photo with you shouldn't be a problem as long as my face is shown, nor should having taken it in a dark setting be a problem. Dont forget not everyone takes hundreds of photos of themselves every day. Some of us have to pick out of the very few ones we have just to make your guidlines.

Why the hell am I being matched to people thousands of miles away when I set my preference to only 25 miles or less and set my priority to distance. This makes no sense! I'm not sure if this is a bug or the filters just don't work. Each time I do it, I waste gems testing out the system. Not to even mention many menus are still in korean which I can't read.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I completed the profile and everything. I have photos that clearly show my face and everything. I have been at this for almost 3 minutes and the app still will not allow me to click "Let's Begin"...… I don't know wats going on but hopefully it can be fixed since I'm seeing a lot of reviews related to my complaint as well.

i dont like this new upgraded Glam now ... not like before that can do live video call i think...

I can't verify my account, I kept on taking pictures the same pose on the provided guide but it won't work.

2 star only because you have to pay for EVERYTHING. The UI is also very confusing for a first time user, the filter doesn't seem to work well, consistently shows people wayyy outside my search parameters up to 700+ miles away while my search is up 60 miles.

It is a really easy app, the only thing is that it has a lot of weird guys, and I couldn't find that many cute guys. I gove it 3 stars based on the actual app and how easy is to navigate and go through the things, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Great job with the update. The app is a lot more usable and understable for me now. Everything is in English. I need more time to see if the girls here are good and aren't bots. For people that don't know how to delete account all you have to do is go to the 👤 tab > ⚙️ at the top right > scroll down to manage account > under sign out is delete account in gray.

I'm fairly certain the reason no one is on the app is because of the profile policy. I followed the guidelines but my pictures kept getting denied. I had pics where you can clearly see my face and body with no one else in them so don't respond comment down below with some BS. Don't waste your time.

complete waste doesn't filter by area shows Chinese people and Chinese name only . and I think it also steal our data because it took ok more than 15-20 minute in a 4g network for completing the profile processing no application takes so long it is a Chinese application and so I think ok it also steal your data and it is of no use

Not worth it at all, 45 minutes in and its still telling me my profile doesnt meet the guidelines. if thats the case than its legit impossible to find someone on this app with all the damn red taps wrapped around the profiles. Dumb app, Tinder is so much better.

you can only see 2 people at a time, and spending 3 to 5 gems to look at 2 more will allow our gems to run out at a quick pace. It's not worth it. My age preferences to 25 to 32. but all I see when looking for most recent, are all 19 to 20. so I'm burning through gems for no reason. The "look around" feature is pointless. I see people at random more than 500 miles. away. I'm also asked to rate their profiles. Rate it based on what? my personal likes? or just profile content? this is a waste

I tried to do photos like the girls in the photos but they ended up being stricter then their examples present. I would have hair in my face and that wouldn't be good enough despite seeing all of my face. I just don't like it.

So many things are wrong with this app, for one its too expensive, Secondly, as a non-smoker, non-drinker vegan I was matched with a BUNCH of guys that didn't respect that, why ask all tho questions and don't adhere to them? Who are these people that are rating people's profiles and photos to decide which teir they belong in? I dont get that by editing my profile i moved from Gold to Bronze. Anyways water under the bridge, the app is deleted and gone.
