So many difficulties trying to do mobile deposit with this app. Will take front of check photo but will not take back side. Takes anywhere between 8 to 15 tries before it works if at all. Restart phone and close app and still doesn't work. Fix the issue, so frustrating.
I have reported my issues with this app multiple times and continue to be told it's only me and my phone. Horrible customer service. Update:. Finally got to the right person who is helping with the bugs. Cautiously upgrading to a three.
Very good customer service can handle any problem that arises. Look ahead for any issues with any imaginable problem. They handle it and get you back to your life!i really love these people! I could use them on a couple other apps. And thank you wish i had sent you flowers!
The app is easy to use, and now allows for a 2 layer authentication that provides (after initial login) to require only a 4 digit PIN for online account access. No need to log out once a customer is logged in.
Very easy to check balance and transactions in multiple accounts. Occasionally problem with the acceptance of remote deposits.

My previous bank had the photo of the check being deposited automatic when the check was correctly visible within the frame for mobile deposits. I do miss that option.
I often have trouble with mobile deposits of business size checks. Specifically, it doesn't read the back side all the time

This new app is awesome. I really appreciate the fingerprint identification feature. It's now added the ability to put in notes and upload images for record-keeping. I got several Bank apps that I use and this is top of the pack.
The colors of the app are great! Love that you can rename your account to suit needs. What I cannot stand is the slow processing time of transactions and that they are listed out of order. It takes days for transactions to fully clear and post. I also wish you could see pending deposits prior to them hitting the account. It makes budgeting so much easier. At my old bank I could see pending deposits and pay bills Thursday night and they would clear my account on Friday. Paid and done. Not this ap
