I bought a subscription for a year and it says it expired but I have it on auto renewal yet it won't let me learn could i get a refund for not being able to use what i had paid for

Bought a year subscription and it failed purchase but still charged me.

I was fully prepared to give this app a shot. I bought a month membership. However, in the first day of having it, I've had a bit of trouble. It'll freeze before finishing a lesson, causing me to have to restart the lesson multiple times. Whenever I close the app and come back, it doesn't recognize my premium membership (and it gives me an error when I hit Restore) until after I delete and reinstall the app. Then the cycle continues again. I really want to like this concept, but it's too frustrating for me to keep.

My app is now working again. However, my subscription is not working. I keep on getting directed to the eggbun premium subscription page eventhough I still have the 12 months subscription. :(

Hey, you guys any updates on the app?I thought the app was great so far, but I dont pay for a product eggbun won't deliver. Are the bugs fixed yet?

App keeps crashing and I have to start over and over. Pleased fix this, it's already January

I like the app and was prepared to pay for the premium version but it won't let me create an account in order to buy it.

So far I really like this app, it's not too much to take in and makes learning simple and memorable (after 5 minutes I memorized the letter 'a' and 'I' in hiragana, which is big for me), but the app keeps closing on me every ten or so minutes. Will update this review once problem is fixed. Much love, Kain

If you are trying to get people to work towards being multilingual then what's the point with the "Eggbun Premium?" I know a very small amount of Japanese because its only the basic greeting(s), yes and no... I learned all of this ^^^ from mainly just watching anime. And it does kind of work but learning how to spell and what the word means is much more harder since Google translate isn't very accurate.... Also, the korean version of this app might have a bug, since its stuck on loading and I reinstalled it n stuff but it still wouldn't work. I suggest you fix that too.

This app is very good. Though the app stops working when you go to the word list. Also, the premium is sooooooooooo expensive.

Everything works fine, its just once I start quizzes it stops responding and kicks me out the app.

Honestly one of the best, would like it if you would make it a one time payment though, that way i dont feel rushed to complete it.

Everytime I start a quiz it crashes. It's so good and I don't want to uninstall :'c

Keep foreclosing when you got to another lesson

For learning kanji it's hard to memorize. Miss ideas for remembering them

Fun and easy. I love how it also tells us about "casual" sentences instead of sounding like a robot all the time. However, not all the lessons are free. It makes me sad that I won't be able to learn everything. But other than that, I definitely recommend this app.

It stuck on the loading screen and won't start at all. Already uninstall and reinstall. The Korean one does not have such problem Update: already emailed developer, and got answer that my storage is not enough. 7Gb internal storage & 50Gb SD card storage should be sufficient. If not, please let me know how much storage that i should free.

Is a really good app, the concept is nice, was making really good progress. To bad you have to pay for more lessons, I immediately stopped and had to find another app.

Well so far it seems like an really good app it would just be actually really cool of I could legit get into the game. So whats happening is I press the open button for the app and it takes me to the, I wouldn't say home screen but I guess the page before the home screen and then like 5 seconds later it exits me from the page and takes me back to the app store, I would really like to be able to use the app tho.

It would be nice if you could take a test to determine your level of skill. It was annoying to be forced to study kana that I already understand. If you're looking to just improve your reading and writing speed in Japanese, this probably isn't the best.

I really love it because it teaches us japanese language in an easy way! And also, i love it because it also explains the difference between hiragana, katakana and kanji. Each explanations are worth it to read

I love the aesthetic, but im intermediate in japanese so this app is a little useless for me personally. The cultural notes section is great though and i can't wait to see this app grow. LANNYを応援するよ！！！

I don't really feel like I'm learning well. He asked me about hiragana and I know some of the symbols but the app is a bit complicated for me. Or maybe I'm just a little slow.

This app is simple and easy to learn. I think this app is really great. If you don't have much time, I think this app is your choice. Don't take much time for the lessons 👍
