App says something went wrong, will not open. Uninstalled and reinstalled and get same error message. This is a city app, someone needs to fix this, it's how our city services are provided.
This particular app does not allow you to input an address for bulk trash pick up. This app is somewhat complicated period and hard to understand. Not too informative for senior citizens. Needs to be simplified.
App will not open. Keeps saying something went wrong. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Same thing. However, WHEN it used to work, it was GREAT!
They were supposed to fix the app. Deleted and reinstalled. Still will not open. Still miss the app.

This app used to work perfectly, but now it won't even open. Such a shame. Aparently this update screwed it up. v4.1.0: - New UI theme - Accelicon support This needs to be fixed ASAP!
Worked fine months ago. Now gives the error message "something went wrong" everytime I start it. Even after reinstalling it.

App crashes every time I try to use it. It's garbage just like the organization running it. Zero out of 5 stars.
Multiple links are broken and even if they weren't, the website is trash. Can't pay sewer fees or anything the way it is now.

city of Chattanooga has the worst app and "interactive" map. Someone needs to be hired who knows something about web development at City govt.....
When requesting garbage container replacement, the address on the map (in St Elmo) keeps reporting the address as invalid.

Worthless, don't waste your time. Had a nonexistent house number and will not let you correct your address
What's going on? Been trying to access this app on and off all day today to report a missed recycling pickup yesterday. Every time I try to open the app it tells me "whoops, something went wrong". I hit "retry" several times but it will not open. I have been using this app for at least 2 years now and it normally works just fine. I'll try again tomorrow. Update 12/14/21: I uninstalled the app and then re-installed it. Same result...it would not open!
