I hate this app it says wait searching for a person next it just goes for about 8 hours I've waited for that much hours glad i deleted it it's a RIP OFF

It just froze, I closed and opened it again, same thing. :/
It installs nd opens but ntng happens,when i click on add chat button,it says to ' wait whilst...blah blah' and it never opens
