Much better than the older versions.. but still facing some issues like, taking too much time to load each pages. An unwanted loader is showing while navigating between pages.. once you have all the data in the page why you are loading the page again and again.. Seems like API is calling on each navigation which is not required actually. And if so, the end user will get irritated..
Manage this in a appropriate way, I have seen many reviews about crashing and many other issue which was posted one year back, still the same issues continues till now. Every day the app Crashes, there is no sync b/n what is shown on website when opened on PC and what it's shown on the app. Adding to this app is very slow Rather than informing the tech team, escalate this issue to concerned person. You guys are charging higher premium compared to the competitor's, we expect some standard.
Using this for my brothr. Speed unchanged since I used it 9 years ago. Frustratingly too slow to load even on 100mbps broadband. Reminds me of dialup connections. I would be surprised if elders would think app is not working or broken because they often create these profiles for kids and use the app or website. When it takes forever and ever to load the data on the app users are most likely to just close it. Useful content but very poor infrastructure and speed means overall poor usability.
User interface and application performance must be improved. It's good that no 3rd party is involved in the matchmaking. But still, at least artificial intelligence techniques must be used to analyse the browsing pattern so that only the desired matches are shown. The app performs well during free membership but lacks performance for paid membership. I found my partner through the app and I'm happy about it. Still reducing one star because of the technical inconveniences I faced during process.
Very smooth working application. All the information needed is displayed in a very readable format. Once the payment is done, instantly the account will get activated. Overall user interface is very friendly. I like this application on compared to desktop version.
Latest profile viewed is shown in the bottom side or not in the order. Please rectify the issue
You never called me to ask your portal experience. Then how would you say users like "Any" option!! Still wondering what stops your developers from automatically checking all the boxes when we select "Any". That will give me the option to further Deselect a few that I want to filter out. Hope you understand my need at least now, please!
The app is taking more than 15 or 20 minutes to open. Not sure only me face this issue.. I am locating in gcc. So if u can fix it it will be very much good. Other than that seems good so far. ( all apps in my phone is just working fine. Seems only trouble with this specific app). Update: got call from customer support team and have to say they did a amazing job. And the trouble I was facing was due to my network provider issue. Tried with another one. It works way better. Thank you
many a times unable to login. asks for new login id & password. it creats much difficulty. also, if one site is opened with one user id and password, not possible to open with a separate new user id and password. if one family takes two accounts with separate ids, this creates difficulty. to solve this, contacted chavara management, but they didn't attend the case even after 48 hrs.
this app won't be work almost always. it will keep on saying invalid ID. Clearing the cache won't help. Then you have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to login! Sometimes no it won't work in that manner as well!!!
Till two days before was working alright. Today 19.4.19 I got a message while launching the application that I am using an old version and needs update with no option to update later. the application was updated on 17.4.19. with the present updation done it started crashing very frequently especially while opening certain profiles.
Really fed up with your new updation of 18th April 2019. Very difficult to log in and when once you are lucky enough to get in; it crashes within no time. Really bad experience with your updated app. Disappointing to note that a ten crore or more turn over firm is reluctant to revamp your app team.
This app has been working so far so well and now it is driving me crazy ever since the update. I have been reinstalling this app each time it crashes.Please work on this issue and make life easier. As it is a paid app, you are expected at least to help us use this app smoothly.
Drawbacks 1. This app has a lot of information. But all these information are not organized properly 2. UI is pathetic, should take learning from similar app. Do proper UX design, I believe it is not done 3. Lot of real estate is wasted like in profile page entire left side is blank 4. Front page should give notification updated 5. Try storing data in cache. The app takes a lot of time to load Positive 1. Lot of Mallu Christians here. I think the go to app for single people from Kerala:P
Last Review got deleted somehow. Anyway, for anyone who values their privacy, this is not a good service. These guys have a stupid feature called profile filter with which anyone can visit and get our details and we cannot visit/ view their details. Raising complaints seems to be just time waste as I see no progress at all. Even after premium membership, they offer worst support regarding this.
Whenever iam entering the Right Login details it couldn't get access to the app & showing pls provide valid user ID and password .Really disappointing performance ,Pls fix this issue asap. Edited- Still not rectified.more than 10 times repeated attempt required to get the access.
Excellent technical support. They were quick to rectify the issue and personally verified whether the issue is resolved. Also, though I have the latest version, it is asking to update to the latest version
lot of bugs. always not responding... iritating and very slow. if you use, you will get frustrated. The server maintance mentioned in comments are not yet done. simple replying to the comments. better go for some other apps serving best. this is waste of money.
Worst application..they suggested an updation.. after updating the app, its not working properly..tried to contact customer support..no reply.. every datas got erased..tried several times to add all those..no use..it takes about 5 minutes to open the application.. thereafter 5 minutes for loading other profiles...worst application

Such a 'Worst App'. It is crashing all the time. Everytime need a reboot for using. Immediately need an update for the bug, otherwise users will leave for sure. Also try to give a better UI and a smoothly working app.
Best app of its kind.. They addressed every problem and now its completely stable. The only problem is its taking some time to load the profiles even in faster connections. So kindly requesting you to optimise the speed of the app for faster accessing.
can't open the app.when try to open a message pop up and says you are using old version kindly update.Then it take me to playstore and there is no update options available.Then I uninstalled the app completely and re installed again.still cant open.when try to open a profile its always buffering and says timed out.worst app ever used. Same problem over again and again data cleared, catche cleared, uninstalled and re installed still. Asking to update.so wierd
You should really work on the performance part. Its taking 1-5 min to get the result. An average waiting time is more than 1 min(usually). Compared to other apps this one is really slow. There is no point of taking more than 5 sec to load just few(may be 100 at a time)profiles. Please fix this issue its annoying.
Not able to open the app after the new updation. I am getting message asking to update the app even after doing so. The app is blocked with this pop up and while clicking on to the update button it takes to play store and then back to app. Same cycle is repeating.
The User Experience of the app is pathetic. Its a gold mine of data.. but the information architecture of the app is not thought through. Why would someone want to bookmark a profile with a name.. it would be sensible.if the bookmarking is done to groups.. If you open.your bookmarka, you dont find a way to clear the bookmark. Filtering is pretty pathetic, and doesnt do justice to the amount paid. People find their own juggad ways of navigating through the app. Can.be made better.
make it more reliable. asking me to update Even though it is up-to-date. additionally slow and occational crashing..... update 30 july.... happened again today asking me to update when it is up to date... and cancelling phot upload functionality crashes the app... support - don't call me to clear cache and try again..
After the latest update, the app is frequently getting logged out and the session is not being maintained. Also, I am not able to login to the app unless I try 2-3 times. Kindly correct the issue.
There is a glitch in the app in my case ..The tab "profiles visited by me" is not working properly
