No longer works on the most common android phones or tablets in this area. Must buy a new device to keep up with their "cosmetic" update. You would think that a local community bank would want to service it's local customers. At least the computer Web browser access still works. But that's at home... tried all the other banking apps from other banks and they work fine, just not chbny. I develop apps and know how important and easy it is to have the app work on all the most popular versions of android. There is no way for them to track the failed attempt at trying to use this app as it fails on start. Called for customer support a while ago and they said go out and buy a new device. Priced them at around $450, not acceptable. Poor IT development.
Good app for this bank I have NO complaints about it.
Im using app on my phone through wifi since i have no cell service and it keeps telling me im offline even though im online with WiFi
