There is no way to edit entries, you can only delete and replace them. Otherwise, pretty cool.

Just what I needed.
This app does it all. Some refinements would be the ability to change from oz to ml on the fly, and the ability to re-edit an entry, but other than that it works great. However, it was reported about 20 minutes after use as using way too much of the CPU.
