Cheap International Calls

I used the app for about a year and spent a lot of money, but it's been disappointing so far. I loaded $50 5 hours ago, and the money is not on the acct although my credit card has charged automatically. Every time I call someone I don't know says hello before the phone even starts ringing. I got charged several times without getting connected, and I'm tired of reaching out to customer service. Time to look for another app. Don't waste your time downloading Nymgo..look for other calling apps.

It gave me headaches a lot. Call quality is mostly poor, and recently when I make a call, the call lasts a minute or so and for the rest of the time that one-minute talk gets played over and over again as I lose precious airtime. I contacted support, but they have externalized the problem, saying it was my Internet instead of fixing the bug in their app.

Hi Team, This used to be a good app. I am using from last 7 years. Even if I have enough credit to make calls it disconnect the call says buy credit. I will be in an important conversation with enough credit to talk for 15 mins. And this amazing app disconnects exactly that time. This is happening every once in a while. Please see what you can do for this. This was reported long back they asked me to check my wifi connecting which doesn't solve the problem yet.

The app doesn't work. I tried to call from UK to Moldova and it just doesn't connect! There are also some very obvious other bugs. For example, the app froze on pending payment screen, so it wasn't possible to tell whether the payment has been processed or not. I got an impression that it was made by a sole developer with no QA process at all.

Poor connectivity. Ever since I bought last credit, it's been a terrible experience they can't hear me but I can hear them very clearly. Brought it up with the tech rep and still no resolution. I am uninstalling this app when my credit runs out.

The updated nymgo app is fantastic! Very clear and quality voice output. The team was very helpful when I contacted them due to my inability to make calls using the old app. They asked me to simply download the new version of the nymgo app. This I did, and started enjoying quality calls to my family & friends. Well done guys. Good job!

when I call international, it shows that this much time is remaining in my credit (example: 30 minutes) and after making a 5 minute call, it shows I have remaining 20 minutes remaining! it just takes the money and you can make very limited calls!! it shows a big number of hours remaining when you recharge. but after only a 10-15 minute talk, almost half of the talk time is reduced. this is not very good app.

One of the waste application ever. It is not letting me to process the transaction. I have tried for 20 times but it is saying action has failed. I tried with multiple cards but the transaction never completed successfully. Don't install this app waste of our data and storage.

This is a pretty good app, but I hate the fact that even after using it for more than a year this whole error message I get when paying via PayPal still isn't fixed. The money eventually gets loaded onto my phone after maybe 30 mins to an hour, but still not sure why I get an error saying "action failed". Please fix this and I'll up my rating to 5 stars. *Edit* I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 2 stars since the above issue isn't fixed yet. It's been nearly 6 months since I raised this.

Amazing app especially for calling when only wifi is available and no cellular networks available. I have been using it since 4 years mostly while away at deep sea. Suggestion for improvement: 1.App loading time is on higher side and needs to be reduced. 2.Bringing app to background during call disconnects the call.

Just excellent service, Customer care is exceptional, just one feedback, whenever we make a call through this app, it consumes lot of data, so if by any chance they can rectify this would be excellent.

SMS failure!! It is a good app with good rates honestly. I have been using tjis app on mu iphone and now android, i have three issues: 1. App is always slow to launch and very slow to switch between screens 2. Does not pick up all the numbers in contact's card 3. Most importantly i cannot send sms from it as always generates "sms sending failed" message!!!...PLEASE fix thess issues Thanks Update on 22.10.2020: Today had an issue with rehcarge and the team response time was SUPER QUICK 👍👍

Now a days, my call gets disconnect after 1 minute. Need solution!! Call gets disconnect and the number of minutes are not accurate for example, I had 5 minutes left and made a call for 2 minutes subsequently it showed no minutes left as there should be 3 minutes left for another call. I think this app is not credible. 10/11/2020 I am facing the same problem again, i have noticed that every time after a call has been disconnected, it deduct extra 1 or 2 minutes for each and every call.

This apps used to be good but it has become the worst app I have ever had. The management is only focusing on Money by refusing to update the app. Connection is very difficult or the call can hang up itself automatically and start to tell you to add more money even when there is enough money in your account. It is weird.

I have been using Nymgo for years and was always a happy customer. But this time, I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated. Out of 20 attempts to make call, I hardly have one successful attempt. I am so frustrated and request the Service Provider to fix the glitch in their system.

Yesterday i updated the appp and now its not even launching. ood services, voice quality is good. connectivity is nice.. the only thing is initially i opted 2$ package, which got removed, then i opted 5$ package which again got removed. then i had no other option except to buy 10$ package. which is wrong. this seems a bad business model. i belive you can maintain good number of customers if kind of things can be improved.

Well it's an amazing and awesome experience. Voice quality is of highest level. Great experience and economical compared to telephonic calls. Sometimes it's hard to get connected that leaves you in confusion. Also about recharging its sometimes quite difficult

Its really very amazing and supportive application. Very cheap call rates. Voice quality super. The call connects even having very poor signals. The team is very positive and supportive. If i find any problem then i email the team. They respond very immediately and solve the issue.

Major issue with connection. You have to have really good cellphone reception or good wifi for a call to go thru. Sometimes call rings and starts to count minutes and you're not connected but charged. Disappointing. I use it with lots of patience.

I am using this app since 1 year and all money i deposited in my account is totally waste. Every time you call someone, after the 1 minute ,same voices repeat automatically unless you disconnect the call and recall. But you can't even call more than 1 minute from this app. Disappointed. Not recommended

Worst app ever seen, if user is inactive more than 6 mon they directly remove all amount from acount without prior notification. I'm working on ship and work for 6 months, then take a break and again get back to work. For this I've purchased this nymgo . The reason is that your Nymgo account has not been used for six months. Also the remaining balance has been removed. Not at all happy with service.

Needed to make an international call. Downloaded the app, purchased credit, my card got charged but the credit is still not loaded. Pending for half an hour now, and I can't make my call. It's possibly a good app, but it is completely useless if you can't actually use it when you need it.

My experience with nymgo was really good until recently (Dec.28, 2020). That day I attempted to use two of my credit cards repeatedely after being declined again and again. Nothing went through, it said transaction declined. However, on Jan 5 I was charged by my bank for 53.99 usd for declined transactions. I contacted nymgo several times to rectify the issue, but they keep on telling me to contact the banks. Nymgo actually took the money. The other issue it is a hard to recharge account.

No doubt it's a good one! But what irritated me most, I had credit, which I didn't use for a while as I didn't need to. So I keep getting message from platform saying as I am not using it for a while, they will dissolve that credit! Why? If I paid for it, it's mine, I can use it as I want. Or do you think I paid this for your call time, so you have all the right to take away unused credit? Do you disagree?

Application is amazing and i found very helpful. I was in search of the best app and this is it. Only problem i faced was at relatively slower internet the calls are being disconnected. May be your team can work on this and improve the feature to work in even slower network too

Good on most days Edit: I have been on this app for a few years and never had problems, all of a sudden I can't recharge anymore. I have downloaded rebtel which seems to be better and cheaper. Guys delete this app, it's useless and they don't reply to complaints.
