Doesn't work well for some African countries like Cameroon. Only works perfect to call local numbers. I have wated over $150 trying to make calls on this app. Users get charged sometimes even when call did not connect. Few times that calls connected they dropped within the first minute. I will only recommend this app to someone who wants to waste money. I just discovered there are a lot more better apps out there.
I've been a customer for many years. Keku offers many convenient services and the call quality is always good to excellent The cost is very reasonable as it is one of the few servicez available to call FROM ABROAD. Google Hangouts/Voice, for example is great if you are calling abroad FROM the USA. But at the time of writing, you canot call the US - or anywhere else - from abroad, as far as I can tell. This is where KEKU is particularly indispensible. Yes, you can call people with Mesenger, WhatsApp, etc, if they are linked to those sites. But otherwise? Or say you want to call a US company? A bank or service provider which may keep you waiting for a long time? You'll be thanking your lucky stars you got Keku, just like I am, right now!
All I have ever used it for is an answering machine, it works great, I love it, especially the custom messages. Even when you don't have service and miss a call, it still answers then lets you know that you missed a call that never showed up on your phone. Great work guys, keep it up. Thanks
After trying to get Google voice to connect for over three months, I finally tried this service. It worked immediately and has continued to do so. I do not plan to use it long term, but just until I get my phone plan sorted out.
A good friend got me into Wifi calling app - works great so far and very cheap for international calls to the US. Glad I signed up! This is a must-have app for everybody who lives far away and needs to connect with people easily.
After almost a year of using this Wifi calling app, I have to say that one of the best features is their program that allows recommendation of Wifi calling app to friends. I saved a few $$ to my buddies + made a few $$ for myself :-)
When friends or family would tell me about an app that gives you a different number, and can be used by wifi, I never believed it but, amazingly it works !! This an amazing app, is very convenient!! Very happy I came across this app! Will use for years to come!
The first call went through without any problems. Voice quality was the best call quality improves as the wifi strength increases. The app is great and for a good cause.
I used this app for long . first time it was OK. Now they charge tax, connection is bad and also it is 5 dollar for 20minute. About 4 days ago I added 10 dollar to my account, then I called the place i want and I spoke 5 minutes only. After that keku took 5dollars from my account. This is stealing . Other apps they don't charge tax and they only charge 5dollars for 25minutes or 30 minutes. Now it is time to stop this app.

The app works very well for texting and sending multimedia messages. It works well to talk to people for a long time and that too for free with wifi. Love this app so much.
Definitely, recommend to anyone looking for an app with such capabilities. Features like calling and texting from a second line. The second line is now your number, and YES you can choose your area code.
I find this app very useful to call out of the country, but my favorite feature is the additional phone number the app provides. I like the security of the additional number when posting or messaging on apps such as tinder or Craigslist.
Quality has decreased and price per call has increased. A 10 dollar credit used to last me at least 2 months and recently it only lasted me a month. I have not increased the amount of time on the phone. I will be looking at other options
I started with this application two years ago ، it was good there are three I try to call and it works more the line as engaged (busy), I sent e-mail to technical support more that 4 emails and each response we work hard to resolve this and always the same problem line engaged !! now must give a very bad rating !! but I don't want to read a response write to us in detail !! plus 4 months without any action, application deserves a big 0 and I do not advise you to put a $.
The calls are clear and with no interruptions... This app is a little useful than What’s App. It connects faster and keeps the call going smoothly. Love it so much.
I added credit for calls, which was approved and with a receipt. However, it doesn't show on available credit and I still can't make an international call. Can someone please fix this!
Perfect to call India. I have used so many other services but this is the best. Use your internet or call directly. Both work fine. Voice is clear no connection delays.

I travel frequently and need a low-cost phone plan. With this, I can text for free and call anywhere in the world for pennies. Wifi calling is a great alternative to an expensive phone plan.

These guys behave like thieves. They have repeatedly changed my credit card without my knowledge and permission whereas I have OPTED out of autorecharge option. I take this public because I am tired of warning them to stop the practice. I will consider ending my subscription all together. Even the calls quality is horrible.
I've been using this keku app for more than 5 years, and never fails on me, i work overseas, once in awhile had minor problem maybe its a bugfix other than that no issue at all. this app is highly recommended.
Best visual voice mail to date. And seems to updated frequently. This app is one of the best apps I have used to make wifi calls, it connects strong and I am so happy that I got this app, it has been so helpful so far.
They deleted my monthly Canadian plan and kept my money. I had it for 16 days ....then they took it away...seems wrong? Or one could maybe use the phrase "scammers"? See for yourself. Not impressed... And they just contacted me saying that "unlimited" actually means only 3000 minutes... maybe I should ask the dictionary to change their meaning of the word.
I fully recommend this app. The calls are very clear, crisp and with reliable connections. The app itself is very easy to use and hassle-free.
The cheapest rates and you can make your calls using only your wifi. It doesn't have ads and the quality of the calls is great.

Well, I wanted to like Keku but unfortunately it is not working the way they claim. 1) Keku users call each other for free over wife? Not true - and confirmed via Keku support! My contacts (both in the US and in Europe) who also have a Keku account, do NOT show up as Keku users in contact list. Even though we are connected over wifi, we still have to pay the full price. 2) Cheap international calls? It works, it works well, but it is not cheap. 0.49cts/min for a call to a cell phone in Europe is not cheap. Compare with Viber Out: 12 cts/min. 3) SMS from me to Europe or from my European friends to me are NOT delivered. It just does not work. Keku also notifies me that a text would cost 15cts. Really? Viber sends free messages. 4) Calls to the USA are free? Not true. If you use the Keku app to call a friend who is also in the US and who is a Keku user too by the way, you still pay 1ct/min. Sure, it's not much, but it is not free! 5) Sign up and you get a $1 sign-up bonus? Not true, you get a 25cts bonus. So despite all this, it is still a useful app. But if you are looking to connect for free over wifi with friends abroad, or if you expect this company to be honest, this may not be the app for you! PS: I will use up my credits and then switch to Viber for cheaper rates and free international calls & messages if your friends have the app as well.
