you keep taking money from my account without my my permission, Please Stop
When always I'm trying to make a call with out communication took the many,so it's disappointed for me.
Every time you dial, it charges some money, even if one is not connected. Over time, it take a lot of money without giving the service it suppose to provide.
Bunch of liers and thiefs ! They will steal your money to recharge your account without your authorization...
Network is very poor, they have cheap calls but very poor network 🖕
I always used VIP calling for over 3yrs an had no problems, then u guys came out with this app witch was great but for the past 6 months it has bin saying that the number I'm calling is not recognize, but when I call directly from my phone its fine the number is working ok. what is going on??

Bug Bug Bug! Dislikes 1. Deletes contacts when you call them so if you don't have contacts somewhere else you will loose them. Contact completely goes missing from contacts. Fix this issue! Ridiculous! Thank goodness I have what's app because everyone I call using this app I chat with on there so when contacts are deleted I am able to resave the contact. Once my money is gone, I am done using this application. 2. It is also hardly compatible with any other applications I want to have such as Tru Caller or Google voice. Am done with this app. 3.the credit balance displayed on screen is never correct. I only like 1 thing. When I am able to get through on calls I am able to have clear conversations.
I think the Russians had hacked this app too. Very disappointed. Will Uninstall.rebtel is way better
I dont like vip app because every time I log in its a must I set another password
It messes up with my contacts everytime I use it. Now I don't even know anyone's number any more. Frustrating!!!
Deletes my overseas contacts every time I call them. Crashes constantly. Shows incorrect credit at times. Disconnects before even connecting a call. These last several updates have been horrible and it seems like the 'bug fixes' aren't really getting fixed just getting worse.
I have used VIP for a long time but off late it is erratic, connects me to wrong numbers, has 3 lines connected at once when I dial one line and it no longer sends calls automatically to the application anymore. I have to call from the app. I hope improvements can be made.
Reading all these reviews, I see it's not just me. I've been using this service for years, and never had an issue with it until about 3 months ago. Now I can't even call family members who live outside the US anymore! It rings a few times then goes silent. Then it takes money out of my account. I'm sick of calling customer service for refunds! It would really nice if you could just refund me all the money in my account... So I can delete my VIP account and be done with this useless service!!!
Wouldn't download or install to my phone (Samsung Note 3 on Verizon running latest android OS). Customer service people provided a manual phone number to dial but that doesn't work either. Just wasted $10.
I used to use this program on my Droid 4 just fine, since switching to my LG G3, I haven't been able to get ANY calls to go through at all-I have closed/stopped all of the things VIP program says could interfere with use and still nothing....I'm VERY reluctant to put anymore $$ into this now useless app....and YES, I'm using the latest update.
Am a new customer and by the reviews and seeing that the person concerned about this reviews doesn't make any attempt to address the issues makes me very pessimistic
Take too long to connect and some time the system doesn't work at all.Being with you for over 8 years I'm very disappointed with what is going on..

I have been using VIP for over 6 years but not happy anymore,it has became expensive. $10 is like 9mins.
This app deletes some of your contacts completely and swich contact names to different numbers in your contact list.
Really reliable.... Can add credit anytime, talk forever and calls anywhere
