Hey how to type cheats in this plzz tell

Most likely the reason why cheats like invulnerability don't work is because the first digits have one number more than an actual phone number. So that's probably why it doesn't work so maybe try removing one digit an that should hopefully fix it. But all in all it's great!
Well some cheats don't work actually most and I don't like that a user I get gta for the fast cars and stuff
Some cheat codes does not work like invunerability,police boat,car, and pedestrians riot repair please fix this.I have gta 4 welcome to liberty city
Some codes dont work b cause you either need gta iv classic,gta iv episodes from liberty city or gta iv deluxe
