Scam scam scam!! They are available up until u cash your check but as soon u try to load it to your preferred loading choice customer service disappears!! The app shows that I have the funds there but they won't deposit on to my debit card or my bank account and when I try to call customer service about this no answer at any of the six numbers that I have no answer to any of the emails that I've sent!
App is no good, calling customer service hangs up automatically (voicemail disabled), and my first check has been "review pending" since yesterday. Complete garbage and a waste of time.
This app is trash, they take your info and deny you access to check cashing. Very suspicious and not soon after I downloaded this someone from Russia tried to access my online banking. The bank closed my account entirely and are making me open a new one since they now have my old account information.
This is the sh-ttiest app in the history of apps. The service might be great (reading other reviews, it's not) but the app itself is just an outright disaster. To top it off, when I was finally able to get the three pictures it needed (took 20 minutes altogether with the bad camera and freezing) and put in all of my info, it said I wasn't authenticated, froze up for the 50th time, then wouldn't let me sign back in. Let me say this with total sincerity from the bottom of my heart: Go. To. Hell.
Warning, positive this is a scam. Do not give them your info! They will get your social security, bank and credit card info then locked you out. Phone # goes directly to voice-mail that says it's been disabled.
This app is a bunch of BS. After setting up my account I tried signing in using the correct user name and password and got a pop up saying my account was disabled to contact customer service so I did as told and spoke to a representative and verified all the personal info they needed and was told they would contact me back within 24 once the problem was fixed. Well the 24 hours passed and they didn't contact me back. Well going on 6 days and nothing has been fixed. Just keep getting lied to
Unusable. Cant fill out information because the app is zoomed in to the point that some of the boxes aren't viewable and the app doesn't allow you to scroll sideways, zoom out or rotate the view.
The most obsurd and least hospitable. Twice I have submitted checks and documents and after being told to write VOID in the check, they did not cash it. Two times they have done this. I think it should be taken off the internet and blacklisted so customers know from the beginning what they could've dealing with..so please go the other way..don't fall for their tricks because they have plenty of them.
Will not cash my payroll check via app. It accepted the picture of the check then rejected it and said to take a new picture. I did this 3 times and it failed to accept the check. I normally cash my checks at the store front near me. Also, there is no live person to speak to at the number they provide. It asks you to leave a message or press star for an operator, but it never allows you to reach the operator, just bounces back to leave a message.
Was great till I went to log in and it says disabled contact us go to call and voicemail is deactivated and tried email and the webpage still no support
THIS APP DOES NOT WORK! NO FAST APPROVALS!!!...I've tried the photo check deposit 3 times twice it could not approve because it couldn't get a clear image(?) and now it has been 11 hours and the check is STILL UNDER REVIEW!!! If you are expecting to cash a check quickly or with less hassle than going to the bank, FORGET IT!!! PS This check reviewed for 2 days before the finally rejected it. Want to wait that long???
This app is litterly pointless. Dont waste your time. I to try to mobile deposite a check on the app with my own debit card, valid info, i mean everything. Next thing you know i receive a phone call that my check cant be cashed because is too much? Seriously? A waste of time. I wrote on the check as instructed and now it cant be cashed because its written on (for mobile deposit only) thanks for nothing.
Zero stars can't create an account keeps saying there is a problem work my network. (There's not) then on the account create page it won't let me see a secret question. Until fixed this is a useless download. I'll update if it gets fixed but as of now don't bother.
Failed to convert check image, nearly crashed my device. Now, with all my information I suspect this could be all bad. USE WITH CAUTION or better yet, DON'T.
Allowed me to make an account but everytime I attempted to cash a check it would let me spend tons of time going through the process and tell me it was just technical difficulty before ultimately closing the account. Never in my life had this problem.
Says "free to download and available to anyone." LIES! After wasting time to download and create account, I receive a pop-up stating that the app is not available in my state. BS!
Dumb app, wouldn't accept my photos that I redid many times. It kept telling me to move closer even though if I moved closer you would no longer see check. Told me to move to a well kit area even tho I had bright LED lights including my flash on. Waste of time.
It does not open. Only available to use if you live in a few states but it lets you fill out all your info but you click on deposit check nd it closes instantly.
It asked fir all my personal information took pictures of the check and in 60sec it was disabled and told me to contact them which also didn't go through. Now they have my address and other personal information.

I see why all the reviews are "1 stars" this app is the worst, matter of fact they need to remove it!! I could not even log in, and after 2 rep's sent me reset passwords this piece of junk still didn't work!!! Don't waste your time!!!
Yeah these guys are straight BS , called customer service and they said that " there's no name on your caller i.d" which I know is BS cause I do have caller ID on my phone and my name been on this phone account for over 4 years never was told this problem . Watch out to do business with these people they say they gonna help but hangs up in your face and you never hear from the again Terrible app and customer service
First time user..everything seemed to be going fine..check was approved to be cashed and transferred to my checking account..then suddenly, as soon as they got all my personal info, they disabled my account and won't even let me log in now..contacted them and am now waiting for them to answer my email..will post update soon....😶
had $300&$10 check so i only cash the $10 one first to see if it goes well so I scanned both sides it said pending then the next day a lady calls me saying you need to scan it with your i.d for verification purposes so I do that then everything looks good until the next morning it says denied after contacting them i get a email stating they couldn't cash it due to not having enough info, cash it in person no problem until I get a letter owning a fee cause was cashed already & now can't reach no1
Dont even think of cashing your check using this app as a matter a fact turn back the other way trust me you will be another victim like me sign up /deposit a check from phone endorse write "4mobile checked positiveonly"on the back /submit /error / logout then can't login your has been disabled / call customer services automated machine press record leave a message or press star talk live do that will go back automated machine this app sign petition or contact google to shut this app down
Absolutely crooked after a put in all my info I received no money from my paycheck couldn't talk to anybody sent emails with no response and then my account was disabled. Had to report to my bank and close out the account and start a new one Only got one star because only way I could post this
Now this time is locking my account. I tried twice after the second time I got a notice saying that my account was locked . Do not use this app and the company is also to blame so if you do use this app and company watch out and their customer service is s joke
TERRIBLE APP!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!! This app took all my info and pictures of my check and ID, then disabled my account. I'm not the only one with this issue either, just look at the reviews this app steals peoples information then disables their account, I tried contacting support several times and there was no answer.
