Sending your guest´s details to the police and keeping a record of the parte de entrada de viajeros or “check-in registration forms” are an important security measure required by law. I have been using this app for over a year, and it is so easy to use, and it has freed time up for me, I get the guests to check in. Only once have guests failed and that was because they are not use to using their phones.
This app provides the easiest solution to registering the arrival of guests. However, in addition to that the personal service provided by the team is second to none. It goes way beyond what you expect from a phone app. The whole process is smooth and works fantastically, with well written and functional software.

fantastic app with great customer support. if you have a hotel, holiday rental in Spain then this app is essential.
Very easy to use , money well spent , plus you can ask guests to pay for it as part of your administration fee, saves a lot of time , customers are feeling safer and it is required by law, it would be stupid not to use it. Staff is very supportive , if any help needed.
Does exactly what it says on the tin 🙂. One year in, no issues, saves us time and lets us download the sheets for the Policía if required.
