Check Into Cash

Been a customer for almost two years now. Always willing to work with me on payments. Super fast and easy application and approval time. Would be nice if a rewards system was implemented for long time customers. Would also be nice to have a boost in the loan amount offered as a reward for timely payments.

Worst Payday loan company. If it's going to take days to process an online application when in the year 2020 it should only take seconds then you might as well not even offer the service. online application requires multiple calls to their phone support which has massive wait times to speak with anybody. just have to cancel the whole darn thing by the time I would have got my $150 loan it would have already been payday. Who doesn't offer instant funding via debit card?

i applied on thursday and got approved. sometime during the night, they updated the system, or the system crashed. 3 days later, it was back up, but i had to reapply again, and instead of getting approved, i was denied. i don't know what happened that suddenly denied me except that i complained on facebook.

Company personel are great to work with, but their computer system will cause nightmares. It's best to stay on a one on one with a particular office rep. and then dialogue stays on a straighter line.

Hannibal, MO.. The ladies here are very nice and helpful. They helped me get my check cashed, and was very kind and happy and just all around great experience, most definetly will be back and gained a new customer!!!! Thanks so much!!

OMG this was the most sickening annoying hula hoop jump through just to sign up cuz they couldn't link my Banks turns out glitch on their part. I really do not recommend this to anybody! They don't tell you your credit gets checked either which brings down your score

Worse payday loan company ever dont use. 80% of the time they say "you're approved" then they say "the state has denied you". Also everytime you apply they hit your credit as an inquiry. Worst company ever.

can not get my email to work. although you send me emails... makes no sense. what's the point of this app?

It just keeps going in a loop when I complete it asks me to do it all over again I get a whoops something went wrong so I'm moving onhgv

Sometimes like 2 day I can get into my account like maybe the app needs to be up dated

I called the company and they have informed me that APP IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED so you have to apply for loans online just FYI for everyone
