I only gave the app 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I have t bee able to log in to the app in nearly 2 months. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, cleared data and cache, restarted the phone, nothing works. Our taxpayers are paying for access to this platform, PLEASE FIX IT!
No longer working on Android after last update. Reinstallation does not work. Other than that, app works as intended. ***UPDATE: Was able to get the app working by clearing the app caches in app settings. Uninstalling must not have completely removed old files.***
This app is very glitchy on Android. At the moment, it isn't working at all for my coworkers that have an android. (Yes, we've updated the app, cleared the cache, rebooted, etc. Move us up to level 3 tech support.)
App was working great and then stopped all of a sudden. Now it won't load/start. Just circles like it's loading but never does. Bug that needs fixed maybe. Happening on android.
TERRIBLE app! I can log into desktop just fine but will not work on android, period. I have Uninstalled, cleared cache, data, and forced stop. Nothing works. Couldn't even yell you if the app is good if I can't even get logged in.
Log in issues still aren't fixed. Making this software less and less efficient to use. If you want mobile compatibility, go with something else until they figure their issues out.
It has been terrible here lately. I was just getting the spinning wheel so I tried Uninstalling then reloading. Now it keeps saying "information not found" even tho I can log into the online version with no problem...
Great when it works however more often than not the program will not launch past a black screen on startup. I have tried updates, force stops, and fresh installs without any improvement.
Never wants to load on my phone, we use it at the fire station for all rigs. Can't take the rigs out unless the check is done and we can't get them done because the app won't load. Seems like this is a waist of my time. I'll go back to paper 📃
I've uninstalled and redownloaded several times and this app just doesn't work anymore. It won't get past the black loading screen for login.
A basically unusable app. WHEN it works it is painfully slow and basic functions like entering text almost break the app.
Haven't been able to get in to the app since the March 8th update. Same with 25% of the department(Android or Apple). Check It needs to Fix It.
hardly ever works on Android, apple it crashes a bunch but will at least open. my department has used it for 2 years and its always been this bad
Will no longer load on my (and many other people's) phones, iphone and android both, after the most recent update. Tablet version still works well.
Great in theory. Always had some minor annoying issues we could work around but now it doesn't load at all. Keep trying.
Absolutely cannot get it to work on my Android. Cleared cache, updated phone, updated app, uninstalled/re-installed....will not load
BUG FIX FOR ANDROID I've been having trouble with the app lately not working on my Android. If you clear the data and the cache it works fine.
Stopped working around 3/8. Now just a black screen and blue circle. Waited for the new update and reinstalled. No changes.
I use it for our Fire Dept Equipment daily and weekly Apparatus checks . It's easy and convenient on the cellphone app . Seems to really help Logistics and makes their jobs a little easier. I like when the cheifs are happy.
Work requires this app for daily checks, it hasn't worked for 6 months... just spins and spins never opens. I have to use someone else's iPhone or log in on the computer. Useless
This app is EXTREMELY slow. It does not talk to the desktop version very well at all. It is annoying when it sends you a notification that someone has done something, and you aren't even on shift. It spams your email with alerts that someone has done a check EVERY SINGLE SHIFT, along with the mobile alert.
Horrible app works 1% of the time. Cant ever log in says cant find equipment when you can actually sign in
Does not work. Unistalled and reinstalled per recommendation. Not useful at this point.
This application is frustrating. It could be awesome, but it's not. When entering comments on vehicle checks, the cursor automatically goes to the end of the sentence, even after selecting a point in the text you just entered. The normal word suggestions don't appear and there is no spell check function. As a medic, G-d help you if someone accidentally enters a wrong controlled substance total. It takes a desktop - and a supervisor - to correct it (and even they have issues).
