Since last update this app does not work properly. After putting the app in the background I cannot disconnect the vpn. I have to "kill" the app from settings menu and to perform force stop. Sometimes I can't even establish VPN connection, and when I finally successfully connect to the peer, in the details menu there isn't any information. Still doesn't work after the update.
Dear sir /madam To reach our company email, all employees requested to use CAPSULE VPN. But most of my colleagues find application as user unfriendly. Because it has no integration with finger print or face recognition technology of the modern mobile phones. And also sms passcodes (2FA) cannot be read by the application it self. We need to read sms., enter it by hand. Even financial apps support automatic sms integration nowadays. So please support these at least as options. Regards
This VPN app is buggy at best. It will not close once logged out, you have to force it to close. It is not user friendly. Will not allow password managers to save password. So far does not appear to be very robust or secure.
It was a great app, but after the update, it won't let me choose the .p12 certificate file from any storage, it just says "couldn't find certificates to import from the SD card" (and the file is in both, internal and the SD).
This used to work GREAT. It has however stopped working on my Samsung Note 8. Not sure what changed but it just will not connect anymore. nothing has changed on the server. Anyone else have these issues?
Works great with Android os 6 and below. My pixel 2 running Android 9 and my htc running Android 8, both don't route traffic. My older Nexus 6 works just fine. Dec 2018 update didn't fix problems on newer Android os
Not working after last update. Our remote users totally depend on a proprietary app being able to access backend data had to use openvpn as a temporary solution. Completely disappointed.
Very good app but sometimes crashes and I have to restart the phone or uninstall to repair.
It simply doesn't work. The app says Connected but in fact it doesn't. When you press disconnect nothing really happens and you have to kill the app.
Seems to connect to the server and routes properly for local traffic however I'd like to have the option to route "all traffic" through the vpn tunnel but the option doesn't seem to be there!
Most of the time it is not connected. Even unable to troubleshoot the issue whether it is from checkpoint firewall end or capsulevpn end..
Connects better then the windows app. Force autorotation is bad feature, i use only portrait and don't need album view.
Works well but you really need to enable biometrics login. Samaung pass does prompt to use biometrics on login but the app seems to not have the function allowed. Fix that urgently!
My employer uses this app. The app only connects server. Need to put separate ip address every time on google to access HUB/browser. On android this problem.
Impossible to import certificate. Error: Couldn't find certificates to import on the SD card. The storage access is enabled for the application and I copied my *.p12 file on the SD card.
Whenever you switch between different network e.g. wifi, mobile, it disconnect and only sometimes re-connect, not sure what makes re-connect success or fail
after update to latest version, connect to site is OK but in Detail there is no information list vpn. please fix this because we are on testing vpn right now.. thank you.

I use to face auto disconnection issue most of the time with this app. Could not found any troubleshooting option for it.
Cant login after update the latest version. Every insert username & password then loading to connect, always closed it self. Please fix it for Android 5.1.1
Useless on 8.1. Although authentication works and a connection is established, but when turn off and turn on the phone or received call is no VPN traffic
Doesn't work on Xiaomi Pocophone F1. Tested with multiple accounts, always wrong username and/or password. Please look into this issue.
helpfull but its hard to disconnected, you must kill the app if you want to stop or disconnected. please fix it
Works like a charm. Now I can access the works services on my phone. Yay 24/7 mobile support calls.
When I disconnect and close the app it keeps running so I have to force stop it when I use it.
Not work since last version. App closed. No connection. User not in history...
This is one of the most annoying VPN clients I've ever used. It runs in the background and never closes once you open it. Because of that it shows a persistent notification without any actions like end or close. You also have to type credentials every time you want to use it. Would rate higher if it had biometrics or a way to close it from the persistent notification.
