Check Your Change - UK Coins

Excellent app, missing some coins however for example 2009 shield I was lucky enough to find one in change and went to mark it on here with no success this was months ago and still nothing change that being said absolutely love this app. Update: 03-05-2022 2009 royal shield is on system I didn't understand the filters so appears I'm the problem not the app or developer.. I like this app which was recommended to me recently. However, the filters are not as useful as they could be. I think a filter option could be included where all sets are added, or not, yet duplicate reverse sides are removed. I seem to find that each filter will contain more than one Technology £2, simply because the obverse side has a different year, or the one with a necklace, for example. There are even more on the 50p page, with multiples of Britannia. The totals on the top right subsequently do not add up. A personal filter where the user could create their own pages would be very helpful.

I have been using the paid version of this app 3.99 for a year is not a bad price one quick look on the app soon tells me if I'm over paying for a coin. Even the free version lets you tick or add the coins you have in your collection. ( I do not or have not worked for the owner of this app). A lot more easier than keeping a note of your coins in a note pad.

A very easy to use, free app, with an abundance of information (like mintage figures, different obverse and reverse designs), plenty of filter options for different collecting styles. A wonderful and approachable team that's at hand to answer questions and sort out any issues with the app. Optional annual subscription for accurate and up-to-date values.

Great app, best I've found by far!! If the filters are used correctly it gives all the options you could possibly need for your specific collection, i.e date runs or type, and is also much cheaper with the yearly subscription than other substandard apps asking for monthly payments. The valuations are current market values rather than sales averages and is updated regularly to include all new releases soon after they are out. I've been using the app for a while now with no issues at all.. Love it

This is by far the best app I have used for cataloguing my collection. It is simple to use, has date runs, and is brilliant for checking change on the go. The only improvement I would suggest is some form of backup. My phone recently broke, and I have lost all the data I had stored. It will take a while to get it all back in!

4 stars, but only because I seem to have a glitch, when I renew my subscription for some reason my coins disappeared. I've contacted the developer who has gone out of his way to try and work out why this happened to me. The app is excellent though, easy to use, informative and a handy tool to have on you when an interesting coin appears in your change. It's a five star app really, the 4 stars is from my own issue. Buy this, you won't be disappointed

Might of been abit harsh on my review, I'll just say it wasn't for me, & I appreciate your hard work and time, but if it had of been a cheaper app, probably would of bought the app for like £1, but spose I can see the benifits for a full time coin collector.

Fantastic app, use it constantly. One suggestion, have a separate tab to tick off annual sets.

Every time there's an update it erases all my data and I have to input it all again. with a large collection it's time consuming and annoying. I also paid for access when you didn't have to pay yearly and now I can't see coin value even though at the time it was advertised as a one off payment!!

My rating has gone from 5 star to 4 just lately unfortunately as even though I pay the yearly subscription I'm finding the update are getting a tad slower.... for example the 2022 coins are nowhere to be seen (Feb 8th today) and a 2021 coin is also still just saying coming soon 😔

Brilliant, as a novice coin collecter have found this invaluable, i now buy what i want/need for collections and have an idea of what too look for, highly recommend.

Love It! As a passionate collector, this does make certain aspects of my hobby a lot easier. I still have them all catalogued in my own way but this app is very impressive. The valuations are close enough to get an idea of what you'll be paying should you chose to search one out online.

I love this app, I have been using it for years and it is very handy for checking off what I have or don't have, as well as which coins were circulated

Excellent app. Concise and extremely easy to use. Great pictures of coins too!! The best in my opinion. Please don't add proofs and other things to complicate it. It's perfect as it is for your average collector like me!

Can you update on when the information stored will be avails on line on the cloud and whether details will transfer over automatically. Changing phone shortly don't want to have to transfer everything over twice, once for the phone and again for the cloud.

It is not clear if this is a yearly subscription or if you just get updates for a year but the app continues to work without updates..... not that it is any use without the updates so it seems that this is basically a subscription for just 1 year and you can not get even a single valuation (no free trial) without paying

By far the best coin app on the market. Its obvious that the developers put a lot of time and effort into the app and it's a no-brainer for £3.99 which reveals coin values if you're swapping/selling duplicates.

Very nice app. A lot of coins. Updating constantly. Even when it was asked for upgrade, I have paid. But today, when I load it, there was a message "you upgrade has finished, you need to renew upgrade" and it was asked to pay again. Is it subscription for some time only?

Amazing app for those who keep their unusual change. You get to find out what you have and what you still need to get. For a small annual subscription fee, you get valuations too. Great app

Quite a decent app and I would happily pay for the upgraded version but I need to know if the app data is transferrrable to a new phone? I have just upgraded my phone and loaded the app but all my collection is not there. If I paid for the full version, would this data be stored somewhere so I can transfer my collection to the new App?

Fantastic app. I pay the £3.99 a year fee to get all the extra features which is well worth it. This app is highly recommended whether you are a beginner or an expect numismatist (coin collector)

It's a good app but not much use until there's a way to transfer the data between devices. Export and import local file would be good if you don't trust the cloud.
