There is no translation to English and at least 20% of customers in Germany are only English speaking. I also use this app, but with difficulties. I believe that translation can unlock a big part of a market. Best, ML
Always the best and cheap deals available. Good comparisons of different products and also discounts are paid out , upon successful registration of products e.g *insurances , Credit ans so on ....
The service is good but the app is just a limited web browser and on a tablet or only works in landscape mode which is super annoying.
Fast app, but voucher codes doesn't work well and there is no option for English.
After booking a car in Global through the app with check24 insurance, rental refused to grab the deposit from my credit card for some stupid reasons, card was already used for such auths many times, and pushed me to buy insurance of cost x3 from what I paid for booking. I could not take a car and C24 support did not help with refund which is not fare as it was not my fault. Never book with Global!! UPD: case was reviewed by C24 again and proper compensation issues to my account. Danke!

Incompetent people who only care about money not about clients. I made a new phone contract with them and they were supposed to end the previous one, they didn't and now I have 2 contracts for no reason. It's fraud pure and simple.
used mainly for car rentals, and they are unbeatable on price. Satisfied with other services too, and the customer service has been great
The operative who was verifying my identity asked me to switch my smartphone's camera from front to back, but the camera switch facility didn't work, so we couldn't complete the verification process. She advised me to download a different app (My WebID), I did and completed the verification process successfully on a second video call. I can't explain why the camera switch button was unresponsive -I used a very good Sony Experia smartphone which doesn't normally have any issues.
The worst identification ever. Employees aren't trying to be polite. The app doesn't work without headphones and with Bluetooth headphones. I had to call three times to realize it. And then, when we were almost done, the connection got broken. Of course there's no way to continue, so one has to start from scratch. Disappointing.
1. Chats in app close spontaneously every time and you lose the opportunity to solve your problem with a specialist. 2. Just 1 out of 5 specialists sincerely tried to help. Others didn't want to hear me or understand the problem at all. 3. They opened a new contract for me without my will and it was really hard to close it after all. No one helped, however it was their mistake. 4. In my profile they claim right now that my current contract is inactive, which is untrue. I'm confused again 😤
Update: There was an update within a day and the issue seems to have been fixed. Now 4 stars. Old review: Used to work great. Since latest update, searches for Handy doesn't work anymore. The search results are empty and doesn't load. Other searches eg Kredit seems to still work ok. I will update my review after this bug is fixed
First time using it for a vacation, loved it. Everything was great organized! The thing I like the most about the App is that the price you are looking is the end price. No additional fees or tricks. Loved it and will continue to use it.
Have been using Check24 since about 4 years now. Extremely satisfied that I have been using it. Let it be comparing insurances or bank accounts or internet provider or travel deals or loans or shopping or electricity provider or utility providers or hotel deals, check24 has like almost everything under its hood. Also with regular coupons that I receive, I am very happy. Other than Amazon, the shopping experience with Check24 has also been always a pleasure. Great going to the team!
Ridiculous company. Offers seemingly good prices that get cancelled in the last minute without any sort of compensation or help so that one has to pay the short term rate instead of the benefit of early booking. Complete useless support that after standard replies does not get back to you.
instead of going to the bank, ensurance, shop etc, i use this app and get credit, insurance etc. either in 5 minutes, either in 1 week if i have to send documents by post. i also have a 1 agent that always knows me and is familiar with my needs/requests so she gets the issues fixed in the same hour when contacted. every single time, in the same hour.
Huge prices for stuff to buy! I searched for a dishwasher that Saturn and Media Markt are selling for 338 and they "found" it with 392 Euro! So if you buy it through check24 you receive points(68 cents) for this product! The next offer is one with more than 400 euro from Amazon. . So basically, they fool you to buy a product with 60 euros more expensive and they give you a thank you of 60cents!shame on you! Probably they buy the product from Saturn and sell it to you!Uninstall/feedback/unpromote
Why would anyone use this company is beyind me. As soon as they know u are not getting finance u requested they just cut communication with u. They dont even have courtesy to tell you that. Instead they will leave u hanging for days waiting for that to happen. Very unprofessional!
While I like the service offered, the app (and the website) are useless for me without an English option. The browser can translate the website, but not the app. It's 2020. There are 10 million foreigners living in Germany. Where is the English option? Lots of startups are stealing customers from companies who won't update to the international market by offering the same services but in English.. is it an IT issue? hire me, then. Where is the product manager of check24? Hope this is fixed..
I ordered a microwave, they booked the price from my credit card and told me that I will receive it within 2 days!! And now I received an email that this product is currently out of stock and I have to wait for the manufacturer to produce it!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! These things never happened with Amazon or other online shopping platforms.
Spare parts delivery delay issues, not clear what is happening with your orders....not recommended for spare parts .. Thanks for the follow up Allow me to add one very important point , when ordering multiple parts why I should be bothered to pay multiple payments, I should pay the total and then you must sort it out according to the supplier ,less complicated transactions pls .. Terrible exp with travel booking and customer service. Never to use this app for travel again! Note: CHECK24 will change your payment method without asking you and then give you <48h to do a payment and notify you only via email. Like I said: terrible experience

The application is quite good with proper access to the complete website features, only one thing i was not able to get WebID to work on the APP and had to download a separate WebID app to make it work. Update: Got called the second day by check24 to get more details about the issues i have faced, thag was great support behaviour and they get the 5th star for that
Good app, used to organize vacation trips, hire energy contract, personal insurance. The support answers in good time. Recommend the app Would be good to have the app interface in english.
I'm a German living in the UK. I cannot use this app to open accounts of any type of financial products because the application doesn't accepts post codes composed of letters and numbers as the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, NZ and Argentina post codes are. It's not a global thought-after app, it's a German Proleten-mind app
I wanted to book a hotel and flight to Spain. Something went wrong with the finalization of the booking. In the meantime i tried from other device to the same thing, all fine. After a while i checked my spam mail and apparently the first booking went through. Now i have to pay for both of them because of this error. PS. Went to the customer service and the answer was. "Its basically your fault ,not ours."
