The app is losing stars because everytime I try to get a cab in the morning, it won't come. But my son get's on his app, he gets a cab. We at the same address! Didn't have a problem when I first got the app now it's getting crazy. Not to mention I can see cabs in the area but they are just sitting there. No one will take the call. Never had a issue with a driver. I always speak and say thank you before I get out. Never rude. I don't understand.
The app is very slow dictating where driver is located and off by arrival time to be. Vehicle on map runs and stop from time to time...like blink out. I also left note for driver that I am paying with a card...not cash. Well I guess he never got that note because when my daughter arrived to her destination...driver said he do not accept cards so...he did not get paid. Not my fault he did not get the note. I will not be using the app service. I pay with a card or cash just calling checker.
Very convenient and it's easy to navigate. Only issue was I had to order a car twice because their first one was canceled without any notification.
For the most part the drivers are prompt and timely. Checker has done well staying competitive and compliant. The only recommendation I have is the cab fare estimate and a way to pay by card with the app or GoPay (nfc) reader.
Why is it so hard for y'all to pick up at a house? Every single time I need one to come to my home there's never one available yet if I'm at any of the hospitals here they come. They sit there all damn day instead of picking up passengers from their homes. And the rudeness needs to stop. Your service is trash and so is this app.
crashes ALOT ALOT ALOT ... but once you get it working, its great !! just like the old days .. like an uber you dont have to prepay for.. helps out when you don't have cash on a card atm...
It took a while for the app to find an available driver. Other than that it's an okay app. Don't have to deal with horrible customer service and people hanging up in your face.
wow i just had a ride with checkers cab through the app fast responder car 1045 and i love there new limo style cars what a way to step your game up driver was excellent meter was fair car was very clean if they want to compete with Uber and left this is the way to do it i felt like i was in a airport transpotation great job Checkers I would recommend this new cab service to anyone💯💪😎
twice I've ordered a cab only to have the app say that the rider has been picked up. it was not me. and it wasnt anywhere near the address I typed in.
The app wont open up. Keeps asking to manage my phone calls and photos. What does any of that have to do with me calling for a ride.😵
So can someone explain to me why you guys would need to edit or save pictures to my phone and why is it required to even open the app?
The app has gotten worse Noah wants to help you down there when the app goes down all they can do is say we're looking into it it took them six months to fix it last time people depend on cast to go to work the people at the office act like they do not care the same way you work we got to work you really need to fix this this is not good for business
Horrible...Stupid app won't let me register because I have ordered a cab from my cell # before so it keeps saying invalid phone number in use so I can't create an account. Just stupid
now that I have your app downloaded on my phone so far in using the app it has been pretty good I do enjoy it it seems right now that I am receiving a cab so much faster than before definitely so keep up the good work I appreciate the app thanks so much
Checker cab is a joke..its bad enough busses aren't running like they should..Uber and Lyft, won't pick up and drop off in the city..now checker cab is low rate..I called a cab the other day..waited an hour and a half for it to come..when he finally showed up (as I sat on my front porch waving at him) he looked at me "in my face" and drove off..and another cab never showed..now I know this isn't considered app related but I had to vent that.
for the most part its been a great improvement over actually calling in for request only had one mishap since i started using last week
better than calling. my driver was on time and this app is most def very efficient
It works when it want to .... I have to still end up calling anyway to deal with the rude customer service ....Not impressed at all 😟😡😟😡
needs updated takes 1hr or more plus you hv to call csr few times before u get service. then wen u do is 2 to 3 cabs honking on the block. pls fix
It's a great app when it works (which is 50/50) that's why Im only giving it 3 stars
it needs real time gps but Is accurate for the most.

Just appreciate them at this moment it was an emergency and I sont have money on a card for lyft or uber
fast and friendly but drivers need to somehow communicate with customers better as they will beep horn fee times then leave

the app requests addresses then the cab dtivers say they dont have info.
It would be nice to change payment of just paying in car. But I do like using the app more so thn calling in. Fare estimate wasn't available ☹️ Twice now I have scheduled a ride for after work. And twice the driver pulls into the parking lot without stopping and then leaves. The app then freezes up and you can't reschedule another ride. Then you receive an email saying that the ride was cancelled due to driver saying I wasn't there. Both times I've come out of the door to the driver leaving😠
