The app is so annoying to use compared to the website. Most the time I use the mobile website instead of the app because it's just faster and easier. Also logs you off all the time. When trying to pull up the next address to drive to and seeing you are logged out again is more than annoying.

The features are generally useless. We book multiple lanes based on 1 hr time slots , and their is no way to view a time slot as a whole . Also, total number of per bookings requires me tomopennupnthe booking and it's a time waste . Over all, the app is generally useless for my needs

The app isn't very useful. You can't group bookings together for a specific event at a particular time in order to see the total number of participants that are registered (it should be 10 people total booked for ____ event at 1pm; 15 people booked for the same event at 3pm). I use the apps to schedule staff in at work for the next day, but I can't even get total numbers of customers for specific time slots to be able to tell how many staff I need. Very disappointed by the app.

Checkfront has great service and the App is not different. The features are manageble and useful. Some minor improvememts could apply in order to have some more features from the system, such as reports. Highly recommend.

Android development does not seem to be a priority. This app doesn't work on my Pixel 5 anymore. When people working for a business and using their own devices, it's important to support all formats 100%

I get no notification on pending bookings and the app just log out when it wants. I feel like the functionality have many loose ends.

Has the potential to be really useful but developers have deemed it not a priority. Does not show numbers if customers booked on the activity in a usable format. Shame because other then the app the checkfront product is really good.

UPDATED... I still HATE this app. It seems like the developers are asleep on the android side of life. No Biometric login makes using this app w really hard task. It is more distracting than useful. When you finally do get into it there is such limited functionality that it baffles the mind. If I'm missing something someone let me know but I found if I simply switch from WIFI to mobile network the app kicks me out saying authentication failed. That is super annoying. Please Please make it stop! You claimed it's fixed but it's still happeningšŸ¤” I was happy at first just having an app interface for this platform but REALLY HATE the fact that every time I move away from the app for a few minutes I have to re login. If this is the case for security or whatever then integrate it with samsung login or something. Make the process less frustrating. It's already too basic as is. We would also like to be able to administer changes and updates to bookings via the app instead of using the site for everything.

Unlike the app for Apple products the Android app doesn't show any details when viewing bookings. This makes it incompatible with payment programs as when you try to take a payment the app shows no money owing. Big disappointment. The only thing it can do is check in a reservation.

The new Checkfront software brings an updated design that looks very clean on larger screen sizes and looks especially well on tablets. It now has built-in QR scanning operability for checking in guests via QR codes. Very easy to quickly create bookings and also provides a quick view of upcoming bookings.
