Checkin - Attendance tracker with QR / GPS
When it's come to tracking and managing by a tool,
It should be simple to use, user-friendly and also reduce the managing time.
There we started thinking and developed an application, the name is CheckIn.
Checkin is mobile first attendance tracking and managing system to use startups, small-scale industries, middle-level industries, event organizing and colleges.
Checkin app has three different ways of tracking technics to track attendance for employees or attendees:
1. QR-Fixed: QR code is fixed in a place and attendee can check-in by mobile with GPS validation.
2. QR ID Card: Distribute QR codes as id card to attendees, and track their attendance using fixed organization mobile device(Majorly used for contract employees and event organizing).
3.Remote: Check-in from a remote location and GPS(optional).
Features:
1. Quick report generation - Email / Download as excel / View with filters.
2. Manual check-in by admin for missed entries.
3. Location tracking for each check-in/check-out entries.
4. Attendee dashboard to view their attendance by date.
5. Check-in not allowed in for illegal attempts for unauthorized locations.
6. Flexible attendee/employee management.

Not bad for an app for check in and out, problem I have is not able to delete names that's added.
This all is great but you should use phone number better than email cause students don't have email yes special under 10 years old thanks
Very Buggy app, last updated on January 2019, and their server keeps going offline. Check-in issues with Fixed QR, sometimes doesn't work have to restart phone. Some of the time this app server goes offline so no one can login or check-in / checkout at that time. Employees can't see their total hours worked for the month. Developer please update this app.
I just signed up and it seems to be just what I was looking for to check my daycare students in and out. The only issue I can see at this point is that it only allows for one device per student. This will be an issue if mom drops off and dad picks up. I'm still figuring it out so maybe there is a way this can work that I just haven't found yet.
QR reader wouldn't work. Kept giving me an error and had this weird focus problem. I've been testing other readers and this is the first one I've had issues with this specific problem. All that after an account creation process. LAME!
hi I having a problem I have downloaded this app on my phone as administrator and I downloaded to a student account in a different cell phone but every time I'm trying to check in it won't let me. can you help me with this i don't think it will be fair to give you a low rating with out trying all the help I can get
It's a great app! Also has simple design, so it's really easy to use. I work in a contractor company, and I use this to check the workers attandence. So much helping!👍👍👍
Hi.once i use the qr card option, i can't login back because i forgot the passqord. There is no 'forget pasword' option if you have forgotten the password. Pls fixed thiss or at least send the confirmation email aftter registration with the password that we have registered. Thank you
App is okay but no one is replying to my mail for the upgrade. Why would they require us to even send a mail in the first place, and if so why wouldn't you reply.

can't register the app. keep asking for org id from my email. but never received any confirmation email. useless! uninstalled.

You collected my information during the registration, I never received the activation code. Is that how people's credentials are captured? Seems to be a phishing/scam.
Can't check in. GPS already enabled. Another apps doesn't have issue with my GPS
Is there a problem for people doing night shift? Like check in on 7pm 23rd April, check out on 7wm 24th April. Seems the check out button changes back to check in. Plus the report shows 23rd never check out, 24th check in and out at the same time 7am. Thank you.
I want to pay for this app so I can add more than 10 employees but there is no option for payment
No response for 7 days. I wrote to the support and I am yet to get a response from the support. Please respond as soon as you can.

If the status of employee changes to inactive, it should show when scanning the QR code, so that the control of entry is made easier. Please look into it. Thanks.
