If you’re a TicketWeb venue or promoter, this app is for you! CheckIn by TicketWeb allows you to easily:
- View a list of your upcoming events
- Rapidly scan tickets for entry, exit or information using your device’s camera
- Sell tickets and process payments securely at the door for tonight's event and future events
- Use flash-assisted scan in low light environments
- Access an electronic Will Call list
- Prevent duplicate or invalid entries with barcode validation
- View your scan history
Your scanning activity is synced with TicketWeb so you’ll be able to:
- Simultaneously scan using multiple devices (Apple and Android can scan at the same time)
- View attendance detail in TicketWeb reports (including order status)
- Sell tickets longer. With CheckIn, you can keep selling tickets online or at the box office as the doors open. Our technology will validate tickets even if your scanner is offline while sales are happening.
No Wi-Fi? No problem! The app will run regardless of Wi-Fi status. When the Wi-Fi connection is regained, the app will sync.
Currently supporting events with up to 5,000 tickets. For larger events, please contact your TicketWeb Client Services Representative.

needs a feature where you can separate tickets by type of ticket, number of tickets sold to one name, etc. the current system is time consuming and slow on some of our phones.
You should really edit your description and make it clear that this app is not for consumers and that it is a business app. It is very confusing for those of us trying to find an easier way to access our tickets for events.
Cant even access it,all I get is oops continuously and I have a show Im going to tonight and my ticket was purchased thru ticket web I can access from desktop but nothing from my cell something up with the app
Won't accept password. Checked it twice. Logged in on website no problem.
This app is for the Venue. Stop giving it bad reviews because you dont understand that. This app works perfectly for what it supposed to do. This app is for checking people in at an event.
Can't login ? I can sign in on the website to see my ticket but I can't log in on the app and it says 'oops contact us for help'
App should be renamed and/or description should be updated to clarify that this is an administrative app to be used by venue employees and not by end users/ticket holders/event-goers.

Is should be more apparent in the name that this is for clients or promoters. Useless if you are someone who is looking for an easy way to manage and check in with the tickets you bought.
Revolutionized my check in process! No more will calls, all Tix are ticket fast or hard Tix. Scans Tix directly from emails and can leave the show on sale even after doors I can get 350 people onto a boat solo in 15 minutes. Easy lookup by customer name. If you are a TW client do it! #LEGIT
This app was designed by satan. Aside from seeming to be compatable solely with iOS, it crashes every 2 minutes which coincidentally is the length of time it takes to scan a ticket only to report that the barcode is unrecognizable and then change its mind a moment later. It's just...bad.
Have tried both apps ( as a promoter using ticket web) and neither let me log in. Password not accepted but i can log in on my laptop. I use eventbrjte for a seperate show and their app lets me log in. Quite disappointing
Reset my password on pc. Logged in with that password on the pc. Tried to login with the phone app, as others have said it doesn't recognise the password. Guess I'll be printing those tickets then.....

This app is great.
I can log into my account no problem on my laptop, but for some reason the mobile app doesn't work or let me log into my account at all despite entering the correct email and password. Disappointed since I can't easily show my ticket to concert staff.
