CheckMyTrip

Seems like a great idea but..... planning a 3 month trip and thought it would be great to have everything in one place. Unfortunately each trip can only contain 10 items. Ok I thought I'll just create a multitude of trips. Unfortunately each time you try and add an item it merges with an existing trip. OK I'll just unmerge, Unfortunately this then splits everything into separate trips. Will use for my flights and nothing else. 🤨

Hi. I just booked the flight by Using MyTrip 2Days ago also i checked in CheckMyTrip. But i haven’t got any Booking Confirmation or reservation. So i Don't know how can i Check In or get Boarding Pass. And if i can't then what am i gonna show to Airport! Anyways, I mailed them and haven’t got any reply.

Not great. Sends COVID notifications for cancelled destinations, sends lots of other ones for stuff I don't care about but then doesn't send notifications when flight times have changed, and no way of confirming the new times within the itinerary either.

HORRIBLE. Didn't send my airline reservation # or flight ticket. The link for which the CheckMyTrip email stated I could obtain the airline reservation # just have an error message. So I'll be showing up at the airport with no reservation # or proof from the airline that I actually should be given a ticket. Guess I may now end up buying a more expensive (because of purchase date) ticket at the airport from the airline (or WORSE if the flight is full). HORRIBLE!!

Runs so smoothly and accurately. Beautiful layout with a background picture of my destination, I absolutely love this app. Great work! Thank you.

Easy to use app. Pretty cool that it finds my reservation. The only BIG problem is that the details of my flight time are incorrect,it's off by 2 hours and I know there hasn't been a change in the original booking. I've tried the automatic option (by reservation #) and forwarded by email. What's more the reservation number doesn't show. The only useful info that's shown is the departure city. This makes the app pretty useless which is a pity because the design and UX is nice.

Love this app. I often travel to differnt places in the same month. Before my trips I have to try and keep up my travel plans, as well as trying to remember which airlines I'm traveling on, using several print outs of my confirmations. With this app, one click and I can see all my confirmations in detail, in one place, regardless of the airline. Definitely, 5 stars.

You can't modify anything in this app, even adding seat assignments. Also, it puts in each entry as a separate trip, so one long trip may be chopped up into 10 or 15 trips. I find Tripcase to be a much better way to organize travel. Tripcase also allows you to tie multiple email addresses to one account. CheckMyTrip needs lots of improvement.

Until recently my trips have posted quickly and correctly. However, I have forwarded an email with the correct booking information at least 5 times (August 15th) but it shows up in the app as in March 2020. This is very frustrating and I have been unable to find a way to contact them for a correction. I use this app for my boarding pass and won't be able to unless corrected

Forwarded the email provided by the supplier and couldn't add the booking to the app - "Our system was unable to read your trip details and import them into your account" THIS WAS THEIR OWN EMAIL! So I tried another confirmation email with the same result. I tried to load the trip with the confirmation number. They can't find it to load. What a load of bull. App is absolutely useless, don't bother.

I wasn't able to check in from this app. Received an error message 'try again later'. Went directly onto Kahlua's webpage and checked in without hassle.

App does not show updated information after check-in. I checked in on-line and got my seat and boarding pass, but CheckMyTrip was just as bad as the Tripit app and would not show my check-in status even after waiting for almost an hour. This makes the App quite useless. So I switched to Google Trips, which showed all the information instantly.

Useful for providing gate updates etc when airline/airport apps don't. Obviously, it works best for flights that are booked through Amadeus; I've had reasonable success with other GDS flights. One big turn-off is the inability to group items together into meaningful trips: if I forward hotel confirmation emails, they get put into a new trip, and there's no way to combine that with the relevant flights. I also found manual entry frustrating, with the ordering of items within a trip hard to get right. I'm continuing to use it, but I have mixed feelings and rarely bother with non-flight items now.

Tried to send three trips to the emailadress. First two wnt fine. The third one was all wrong and since I can't change anything in CheckMyTrip I really have no use for something this unreliable. Good luck with the app, but it seem you've got some work to do before it's perfected. I like the idea, but at the same time... It's extremely limited!!

Fine for a quick check on flights,temp etc.

I wanted to like this I really did but no. For me, this app only being in Euros is not a good thing! Traveling to another country where we all speak and use the exact same currency makes this app useless for me. There's no way to change currency from Euros! This means I have to get another app to provide the country I'm visiting local excursions & restaurants which defeats the purpose of having CMT! This is almost there, if it would just take 1 additional step forward towards perfection.

Worst app I have ever seen, you guys have eaten my money. I cannot find the option to reschedule or cancel my flight bookings. You all do not have a customer care number as well. I am going to file a complaint against this app and air india, all are corrupt sitting over here eating people's money.

Shows initial departure one day later than actual with no options to correct - missing many connections. Clearly cannot deal properly with time zones

Awful, useless, doesn't even work, can't upload flight details, can't see them an now having a nightmare trying to get them else were. Some people don't deserve oxygen an whoever designed this is one of them.

Update: doesn't work with booking confirmations in German. The trips are completely messed up and there's no way to edit it manually :-( --- Works quite good. Sent travel documents appear as trip in the itinerary just after a minute or even less. But some data is wrong, i.g. the flight number of some flights. And: I didn't find any information about the data collection. Please tell me what exactly happens with all my private information from the mails? Who can access the information?

Promising but buggy. I downloaded it today considering it's from Amadeus, which is a well-known industry standard software, I was really expecting more. I have recently booked a return train journey and accommodation through well known booking sites. I have forwarded the details to the email address provided and only accommodation appeared in the app, but it didn't register half of the accommodation details and wouldn't allow me to edit and add those details manually.

Ok travel organizer app for seeing all personal and business travel in one place. However, annoying ad placement in results list means misclicking on ads too often. Could not import my Aeroflot flights with reservation email, booking code and also could not add them manually because of not knowing the flight numbers. Edit: reduced rating due to sketchy ads.

A good idea and did work pretty well in the past hence 2 stars, however in the last few months it is making serious errors when email bookings are forwarded. e.g. a 90 min flight to Glasgow is being shown as a 7 hour flight to 'International Falls...' yeah, third mistake thus far. Seems like their software which recognises destination from flight number is faulty.

Really enjoy the app, has made keeping up a lot of travel easier, but not 100% but that maybe due to the back end information source that is pulled was not updated timely. Have seen a few funky bugs. But for a free product - excellent. Would love to see a desktop interface portred.

Right after I booked my flight, i got a prompt to download CheckMyTrip app. Its very useful as it gives you a reminder about ur upcoming trip. Great app!

Potential but just doesn't work! This app should be great, but unfortunately it doesn't find flights that aren't booked using Amadeus (this is my guess). Even when I try to manually enter flight details it tells me that a heap of flights I've booked just don't exist. I've had problems with Wizz Air and also Pegasus. Pretty annoying and currently looking to find an alternative app.

I have to give this 5 stars as without it I wouldn't have realised my flight was cancelled. I didn't receive any notification from the airline or travel agent (and haven't to this day) but luckily I went into the app and it notified me of my cancellation. I was the lucky one able to get my flights rearranged 4 months in advance! Thank you to Check my trip
