Spent hours looking and playing with other so called "easy" apps. Deleted them all. This one took all of 2 minutes to figure out and 10 minutes to input 3 months worth of my check register. Not 5 stars because I feel its missing something. Don't know what, maybe a pie chart or graph or something. Extremely easy ,basic check register. All I wanted and that's what I got. PERFECT.
This is almost what I was looking for, simple, no special permissions needed from the device, easy way to track checkbook balance. The only thing I would add is an "Add Deposit" button. For now, I add the deposits as a positive and the checks as a negative to get the balance to work out, but if the program automatically added deposits and subtracted checks it would be better. I might also suggest adding "Debit Card" as an option under check number since most of the time I use the debit card instead of a check. On the right track though!
This is exactly what i was looking for. Nothing fancy but gives you all checks not yet cashed.
Checks is one of my useful app, but there are no back up so when I got a new phone I lost all my information. And I would love to see my checks on Other devices. Hopefully there will have it in the new update Ta
Love it! Wish there was a way to lock the app though, and an option to change the currency. But, thank you! 😊

Very simple and easy to use, however, if your looking to keep a balanced check register, this app is not it. I didn't see a way to add a starting balance or negative amounts. It simply helps you keep a record of your checks.
If all you want your finance app to do is track your outstanding checks, this is what you need. It's simple and easy to use.
This app is simple, but adequate for my needs. My only real gripe is this: When I add a check (-$0.00), the app instantly debits the amount from my balance at the top. That's great, but when I "Mark" the check "As Clear", it ADDS THE AMOUNT BACK ON THE BALANCE. Now the DISPLAYED balance doesn't accurately reflect my TRUE balance. If this doesn't get fixed, I guess my only option is to never move my debits to the "Cleared" section.
