I've used this company several times and have always been very happy with he end result. But for some reason now they force you to download their app. Nothing wrong with that, except that it always has errors. I have spent hours choosing photos for now not being able to edit or reorder them as I want them to be. And can't even do anything as the app keeps closing. So basically wasted my time and ended up with nothing. Please go back to doing it on the website!!!
Absolutely shocking! Had a discount code and when i activated it it added up to £4. On the final stage it said "pay £4 so I pressed it and the app failed and duplicated my order, I have now been charged £4 for one set and full price for another set! Never using again. Then contacted them for a possible refund or cancellation of the order and they said they couldn't do anything about it.
i really how practical is it the app .. easily so you can create and enjoy looking at those photos.
Really really difficult to edit an order once started, keeps asking you to delete if you want to change, also if you want to change a photo you can't just delete it you have to go back and find that photo and unselect which can take forever!! Also ridiculous postage fees!! £7.90 to post some photos!?! Would have been £25 if I wanted it a day earlier!

Good ap but postage is slow and expensive
Easier than I thought it was going to be! I have always been under the illusion that it's really hard to upload your photos cuz they'd have to be adjusted and all that jazz. But it was easy. Hardest part was choosing the photos. Would recommend giving them a whirl!
I did a photobook and i am really really happy of the result. The quality of the paper and print is really good ! But the app ... so so.. it gave me problems with the loading of the pictures (many times) so i decided to do it with the computer from the website, and it worked perfectly
I can't see the photos that I uploaded on the app so I used laptop. The photos I received weren't really that good quality (some are fuzzy) but it's okay, maybe it's due to the fact that some were taken using phone and not camera. The only problem I have is with red color, why it's totally different from red color on the photos I uploaded? It is really sad.
I enjoy the things you can create easily, was easy to use but I dislike how your basket is threatened to be emptied if you don't buy in a certain amount of time, I was waiting until payday before i could order the stuff I had created and it feels very money pushing when you're made to order it asap so it doesn't get deleted becausr i spent a long time making them!
Very poor experience. Received an email to say my order had been shipped and was on its way, due to arrive on 27th -28th December. On 6th Jan I check the status of the order (which of course hasn't arrived), and it tells me it hasn't been shipped yet. Another company would deliver far more quickly and be more communicative. Don't buy from them!
Awful, had a code from a friend. Entered it where asked for promo code but said I needed an account. Placed the order thinking customer service can help refund the discount but they said no. Spent over £24 with them. The stuff better be good quality! Will delete app and not refer anyone. Silly company for not providing a better customer service
Really impressed with all deliveries & finishes of prints. Wasn't expecting such a high quality finish. Super easy to do from phone, plus decent prices & great personalised presents for people. Already recommended this to loads of people. I only ever use this for prints now.
I wanted to make a purchase on my laptop, but the photos were on my phone. So I decided to use my mobile browser. Cheerz would not allow this, and blocked the purchase unless I used the app; this is a 1 time purchase so I'd be deleting it straight after. I could move my photos to my pc or download an app I'd delete 10 mins later. I used the app, and it got stuck on a page saying 1 photo was still uploading. I had to search multiple folders, move 12 photos and do it on the laptop anyway.
love this app. great selection of things to get from calendars to just prints which is what I go for. love the retro style and being able to write some text on them. always arrive fast and are great quality & price
The app keeps shutting down when I'm adding photos so I cant complete my order! Please fix this as I've used your app before and love the quality of the retro prints. I'd like to order again but will have to go elsewhere if you dont fix it 😕 I'm on Androud, using Samsung Galaxy S9.
Bought some of the retro magnet before and ordering some again! Love them. only awkward thing is when adding lots of photos you can't see ones you've chosen until you have your allowed total but apart that they are brilliant!
Ordered my photos on the 14 November. Estimated delivery at the latest was to be on the 21 November... STILL WAITING. They said they reprinted it (2 days ago), I asked them today when I could expect the delivery... still have no answer!!!! They say they don't answer on Weekend's so not sure HOW MUCH LONGER I'LL HAVE TO WAIT for a service I played for. I'll tell you this much... I WILL NOT BE USING THE APP AGAIN!!! The service is not reliable.
Fairly straightforward but the price kept jumping between full price and mcdeez discounted one. Also, after choosing 12 pics for the retro magnets, there is no obvious save or I'm Done button.
The App does not work correctly, it gives me a lot of trouble loading the photos, it does not load all the ones you have in your album, I can't find them. And It also gives me problems paying. So, I give up. I will not use it again. Thank you
waiting to receive my order to give the 5 stars, i would like to be available to be able to order more than one time a picture from same size. if i want 2 time one photo to be printed it is not available and you need to place a new order so pay in two times. not very easy for this. except this, app easy to.use, waiting my delivery in 2 days to arrive to fully judge
Do NOT BUY FROM CHEERZ! The company cropped my images. Gave me one image back with just the legs cropping the top half of the body. Then their rude advisor tried to blame me for it. Shark company. Avoid at all costs. (p.s) I don't recall any notices or a way to crop/adjust. My pics went through as it should look. Whatever happened after with their system I have no idea. Just avoid these guys. Look at their other feedback.. I should have looked before I went ahead. Do not make the same mistake!
They are not doing anything other then printout, simple printing machine , out of 20, 4 was not up to mark and jot used so all please ready with 25% loss with every order. -10 rating for this app. Do not use.
extreemly easy to use and order. just a tip for the company. maybe you can make it possible to be able to edit/resize photos ?? or maybe you can and i missed it ? I await to see the outcome :)
Website forces the app on mobile I dont want to HAVE TO install the app to use the service on my phone when a responsive version of the desktop website could do the trick. Other than that Cheerz is great, but forcing the app is scummy.
Great quality of the pictures; they come in cool cases! the delivery is pretty fast and frankly i will continue to print my pictures here because i really like the app! they do a great job!
Really really bad app... They didn't let me select how many photos I wanted. I wanted multiple of certain photos in normal format and I wasn't allowed to do so. So I tried in big format. Ok I could add multiples of the same photo. ...but then I realised at the last minute that they were all portrait yet some of my selection were landscape! So it was cropping out my photos. It's a really bad app. Will try on another one.
